Wow! A new concert! It's going to be a busy holiday. I know I am going to enjoy the vids and your stories so much!
But for now, can I also say that I really really wish that I could join you?

Biloxi casino are very very nice. All recent because they were pretty much wiped out by Katrina. Used to have to build offshore, sorta, but new laws enacted put them on solid ground. Big and I mean Big source of income for the state and a draw from all around. I just knew this was going to happen. Oh well on to Thackerville! Biloxi would have been more fun. In the Northern Atlantic Ocean, a distinct hurricane season occurs from June 1 to November 30. So wait maybe I don't want Mississipi right now. Only a month after the season, but of course the main time is August through September. Anything to talk myself down Here's some reassurance: there are very few off-season Atlantic hurricanes, and most of them occur in May: en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_off-season_Atlantic_hurricanesI say go for it! Yeah I know, just tryin to make myself feel better. We were there during the season once and left almost in the middle of the night to out run one. I can't think of any logical reason to present to DH to drive another 1600 miles to go to this one in Biloxi. Even if it is a very pretty area, right on the gulf, casino is very nice and Adam is there.

Stopping by to drop off some corrections to that Examiner article about Lady Gaga and ARTPOP. Yesterday the idiotic Examiner.com posted a story claiming “Artpop” was going to lose $25 million and cause massive layoffs at Interscope Records. Hilarious, totally untrue, fabricated. But The Vulture at New York magazine and The Wrap each picked it up. The story has now been removed from Examiner.com. But pretty much all the stories at that crazy website should be removed.
In fact, Lady Gaga’s costs are protected by endorsements and underwriters. There’s no exposure to Interscope. And worldwide, Gaga will do just fine with “ArtPoP” even with a 225-250K opening week.
But why didn’t it do better? Lack of focus. “Born this Way” had a purpose that spoke to the fans–especially disenfranchised teens, bullying victims, LGBT community. What is ARTPop about? It’s about Gaga moaning about her hip surgery, a supposed drug addiction, and the rarefied world of art auctions. How can her audience connect with this?
Telling: Her “Saturday Night Live” performances and hosting doesn’t look it drove sales at iTunes. Lady Gaga has gone way off point. I think that’s what manager Troy Carter was trying to tell her. And now he’s gone. From here: www.showbiz411.com/2013/11/18/lady-gaga-album-sales-down-40-but-interscope-didnt-lose-25millionArticle contains some other interesting bits. peace&love

We're driving to Dallas for Winstar and will probably stop in Biloxi for this concert now that its been announced. It would be foolish not to, right? Right?? Right! Go for it!

I am happy for anyone able to attend Adam's concerts, but feel for anyone who has made flight reservations and now finds a second event in the same "neighborhood." Southwest does not charge to change flight plans, so those fans might consider SW if they fly in the needed area, since it looks like more dates may be popping up...

I always try to book Southwest and then at the very last moment, if I can get a cheaper flight I can cancel and rebook anytime during the year with no charge. Or, as you say, no charge for a change within the year. Love them!

Hitch ride to Biloxi fly to Dallas. How long is it to drive from Tampa to Biloxi? According to Mapquest, we'll be on the road 10 hours to Biloxi, and we're 1 1/2 hours south of Tampa. Because of the long day of driving, we're heading out on the 28th and will stay 2 nights. All rooms went way up in price in 30 minutes after I first checked. Adam makes these hotels big money.
