Q3, Thanks for another lesson about how the music business runs. I should be all over my naivete after all the time I have spent on this site. Slow learner I guess. Actually, I did not know much about the AMAs and how they work until Adam. It never mattered to me. But I did not lot of research and talked to many people at Dick Clark Productions and ABC about it when all hell broke loose. Even being jaded about the music business, I was surprised how the deals are done. I know a bit about the entertainment and music business from my career (mostly promotion, channel/retail and marketing) and have learned a ton from other fans and by asking people. Q3's comment: "To show how bad it is, I think Adam Levine "winning" sexiest man of the year must have involved some compensation -- Maroon 5 has a new album due early 2014 so timing makes sense. At least it is the only way I can imagine him being declared sexy. And I like Adam Levine -- just do not associate him and Sexiness."
This brought to mind J Lo's choice as Most Beautiful Woman a few years ago...

Adam, well Elliott, gets an APARTMENT! I can't wait to see it. I wonder what it will look like? I expect it will be a bit struggling, artsy student. What do you think? Whatever it looks like, I wouldn't think they would bother with an "Adam's apartment" set unless he is going to be around for a while... YAY!  Yup!! MTE! And I'm quite sure episode 9 is all but put to bed. They are certainly not just starting to build a set for it. I would bet the farm that the crew is deep into work on episode 10 by now. If the kids from Lima can afford a killer loft like the one they have fresh off the bus, I think Elliott's apartment will be very cool. TV shows aren't known for portraying NY apartments with any degree of reality and Glee even less so. I'll LOL IRL if there are surreptitiously placed animal skulls though!! |

Thanks so much belle for guiding us along through the stress of the DOI competition.  Yah! Q3...well we know you aim to please just by having this site here for us...but your dinner plan and menu is crazy awesomely planned to suit absolutely everyone!! Is that why you pulled an all-nighter..planning this out? (just kidding!) This looks like an "all weeker" to prep this! Enjoy! |

When did Sauli change the tattoo on his neck? I just noticed it in these performances, but I'm not a really observant person. I looked back at old pictures and this tattoo has definitely been changed from before! Last spring when he was in Finland late Feb through March. He was on a tv show that tells about tattoo parlour. I didn't easily find the YT and have more DOI stuff to do now, if it doesn't surface earlier I can try tomorrow. I think this might be the vid about the tattoo: |

Everyone is rightfully so excited about Adam getting an apartment on Glee but no one has asked WHY he NEEDS an apartment ? ? ? Privacy, perhaps  8-) |

Thanks to ATOP I now have a Biloxi ticket in a prime location for getting audio & maybe video! Which means I now have 2 tickets to sale at cost. Ticketmaster now has a very easy way to transfer the tickets to another person which we just used. One of my tickets is in the upper balcony and is in a slightly better location than the 9 remaining reserved seats in Ticketmaster. The other is a GA ticket. Send me a PM is interested or a tweet (same name as here). Glad it worked out for you Dancy! |
