What is a "real dark force"? A hidden force? I believe working with an astrophysicist might have influenced Roger somewhat You might have heard of "Dark Matter" which is invisible, but probably constitutes the majority of what the Universe is made of, and "Dark Energy" which appears to be causing the Universe to expand faster and faster. Also, in a funny coincidence, "dark force" might be affecting the "creation of stars" and galaxies we see... Here is just one of many articles talking about "an unknown force acting on dark matter". www.dailygalaxy.com/my_weblog/2013/07/is-an-unknown-force-of-the-universe-acting-on-dark-matter.htmlI guess Roges is trying to say that Adam is a rather unknown, but potentially universe-shaping force. Or as Nile said "someday the world will understand".

Adam can also make great pop music j/s. I know everyone gets hyper about QAL and it's fantastic but the last thing I want (speaking personally) is for Adam to be pigeon-holed as Queen's stand-in singer. It's great that a lot of the US fans who didn't get to Hammersmith are probably going to get their chance this time but as someone who believes Adam is great in several genres, it's disappointing to see his pop music dismissed here. trying very hard (dinna laugh) to be eloquent here (that will no be the richt word ) 1 /aye he can make great pop music ,but sorry cukkoo lovers that aint great pop music 2/ pop music ????,did ye see the katy perry vid ,? an folks BUY that. 3/ i dont think adam CAN be pidgeon holed (whits a pidgeon hole ) 4/ its not aboot what we want ,its aboot whit HE wants ,an its all fine by me an thats my very first attempt at a serious post !! whit seriuos thowt put intae it an dinna ye all go rushin aff tae that urban dictionary thing ,an come oot with all these mucky definitions o, pidgin hole AGREE with 2, 3 and 4! As far as 1 is concerned: I love Cuckoo and I strongly dislike WWFM. so, obviously I have no idea what "great pop" music is.

"Overthinking"? Some folks are just expressing their views on a slow news day....nothing more! Sometimes an opinion is just that...an opinion! And we all know..."everybody has one" ! I just felt that skylar's comment--"Adore Adam but find this unworthy of the intelligence and talent of the man"--was overthinking the situation a bit. I couldn't figure out what Adam's talent and intelligence had to do with sucking in his cheeks for a picture. Guess you haven't seen Zoolander. Obviously, there ISN'T a correlation between model faces and low IQ but Ben Stiller has done a real number on those poses. No overthinking required:

It's great that a lot of the US fans who didn't get to Hammersmith are probably going to get their chance this time but as someone who believes Adam is great in several genres, it's disappointing to see his pop music dismissed here. I can only comment for myself -- I only "dismiss" the two tracks that RCA shoved onto Trespassing -- BTKNM and NCOE. I am also not a fan of most of what Dr. Luke has done with Adam. But I am a fan of Adam's pop tracks -- from both albums. I also like the non-pop tracks. In fact, I like almost everything he does. I would be thrilled if Adam moved toward more funk-disco, R&B/soul or contemporary rock music -- like Adele did on 21 or Lorde -- vocally centric music. But I also hope for another AVICII-Lambert collaboration. I just do not want his vocals distorted/vibrated/fixed/buried which leads me back to my core dislike. I do not want Adam's music layered with production effects. I would like him to work with a producer who gets him. I think Paul Epworth would be a great choice. From Wiki: Paul Epworth (born 25 July 1974) is a British music producer, musician, and songwriter. His production and writing credits include Adele, Florence and the Machine, Cee Lo Green, Foster the People, John Legend, Azealia Banks, Paul McCartney, Bruno Mars, Plan B, Crystal Castles, Friendly Fires, Bloc Party, Annie, Chapel Club, Primal Scream, The Rapture, Jack Peñate, Kate Nash, and Maxïmo Park. On 12 February 2012 at the 54th Grammy Awards, he won four Grammy Awards for Producer of the Year, Album of the Year (Adele's 21), and Song of the Year and Record of the Year (for "Rolling in the Deep"). He won the Academy Award for Best Original Song alongside Adele, for "Skyfall". His sister Mary Epworth is a singer and songwriter. He is a member of the Music Producers Guild.Epworth knows how to produce vocalists. Does not matter what the genre is to me -- I just want it to be authentically Adam.

Come on give KP some credit shes not the strongest live vocalist, but thats not what shes about. If your comparing her to Adam or even Gaga whos a comparitively stronger vocalist techniquley. But KP has a pretty tone and resonance to her voice, she displays tons of energy, just saying their other aspects to consider when it comes to live performances other then great vocals.
