Awwww, it's harmless Eric. Could be worse. Not exactly a very exiting stand out personality, but then they got that orientation thing right: Tail rather than female parts. I know, I'm twelve. And they both love a great voice, he is handsome and a prince of his domain. So, imo there is nothing wrong with the world following this article. I let you know, in case my daughter has a different opinion. (I won't be discussing the tail thing, promise) ETA: And then there is of course this: Forward to 5:45 (don't know how to bring only that section over), to experience Adam's love for Ariel:

OT: Tessanne Chin, who won The Voice last night, was on The Tonight Show last night and one of her backup singers was Allison Iraheta. Allison is back up singer for Ricky Minor's band. I am sure she is getting paid a nice amount. Union at least. I am wondering if she might stay with Ricky when he returns to Idol for season 13! Sounds like a sweet gig to me!

OT: Tessanne Chin, who won The Voice last night, was on The Tonight Show last night and one of her backup singers was Allison Iraheta. That just makes me sad. Alison's far too good to be just a back up singer. I agree that I wish Alison could make it as a soloist. But I also wish that great back-up singers would get more credit. Many great vocalists are backup singers -- Tessanne was a back-up singer for years. Melinda Doolittle (from Idol season 6) was too. So was/is Judith Hill who was on The Voice last Spring. And there are a few back-up singers who are legends --Merry Clayton who sang "Killers...." in "Gimme Shelter" by the Rolling Stones and many, many other famous vocals. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Merry_ClaytonThis gives me a chance to recommend a great documentary film "20 Feet From Stardom" (2013) twentyfeetfromstardom.com/ anyone who loves music and vocalist must see this film. Trust me on this one.

There is always time for a sequel... with an adventuresome, personality + Eric.. dashing ,talented and leaving all the women faint..I just don't think It would be called the Little Mermaid.. LOL
