Haha! Down 0.2 lbs, but it is better than I thought it would be. Out of control a lot. Trying to increase my exercise some. Somewhere I lost my mojo!!!

Managed to lose exactly 2 pounds this week. Am trying to curb my sweets addiction by eating small bites of things to satisfy my cravings. My husband wanted donuts and I had to look at that box all week, but took one iced one and cut it into 8 little pieces and had one of them each day. That sounds totally bizarre...but I have to resort to those kind of tactics, or I would of eaten 8 whole donuts instead of 8 pieces! Eating out with friends next week, so hope to maintain.....

Wednesday - Check in Day
I think I managed to post in the right thread today, lol. I as usual didn't budge my scale but considering what I ate and where the numbers were earlier in the week I was ok with that. I too have a sabotaging hubby and scotia I think your solution is wonderful.

I'm up about a half pound but giving myself a bye week because I had to put my 11yr old poodle down Monday afternoon. Hated to have to do it that particular day because my daughter had her master's thesis defense that morning then had to come with me to the vet instead of being able to celebrate.

Hugs to you, rihannsu! I've been there, too, and it's never easy. But, it is a little easier when it is clear that it is the kindest thing to do. They remain in our hearts!

So sorry to hear about your dog, Rihannsu. Have done that a few times now, and it never gets any easier.
Up .2 lbs, so I'm basically considering this a no loss or gain week. Back still giving me some problem, so just doing the 1 hour walk, not adding any extra to it. But a busy week with work so getting some extra exercise there.
I guess I just made it for check-in day!

So sorry Rihannsu!
I am officially 15 lbs lighter than when I joined this group and 25lbs lighter than when I started on my own the beginning of December. I still have 10lbs to go in my goal but I am slowing down and finding balance while enjoying feeling like my old self again! Thanks for the inspirations everyone!

Thanks everybody. It is hard but it was the right thing to do. In a way I am glad I don't have an endless supply of money because then I might have been tempted to put him through surgery that would have just had to be repeated within a few months just to stay on top of it. I chose not to do that because I couldn't justify spending hundreds of dollars for a few extra months before either doing it all again or letting him go.
