Rihannsu, you look fantastic! You go girl! Do you work with dogs?
It's still Wednesday here on the west coast, so still in time with checking in. Was back up .8 lbs. this week, but I'm trying! I guess it seems harder now that I've had the big weight loss last year and probably not as motivated for those last 10 or so lbs. Doing good on the walking every other day so far, and did a couple of sessions of some exercises, which is pretty hard for me and not much fun, but something I can do at home when I can fit it in on non-walking days.
Glad everyone else is doing well with their specific goals!

I'll be checking in every week during QAL except for the one week I'm gone to a concert. Yep, travel for a week, one concert, lol.
That pound I thought I was down a couple of weeks ago I finally captured on the scale, yes. I'm going to physical therapy for my knee but not much other exercise other than gardening and they said I could be on the recumbent bike as much as I want.
Rihannsu, wow! Look at those arms! So happy for your success. fiercelier, you did so well last year too, I bet your transformation is very much like Rihannsu's. If you are consistent and not yoyoing up then maybe it's good to have those last 10 still there.
Looks like everyone else is doing well, we all get ups and downs so we know not to beat ourselves up over it, just try again.

Glad everyone else is doing well with their specific goals! Yes, I am a mobile dog groomer. Here's a picture or two of my "office". The bath tub is across the back of the van. Everything is self contained and runs off the generator so I don't have to hook up to anything at the customer's house.

Oh very cool, Rihannsu! Well set up. Have loved dogs all my live even though we haven't had one for a few years now. Have lost 4 of them over my married life and started out with a weekend/summer job at a kennel when I was a teenager. Always great to encounter one and get a "doggie fix". Easier to stick to a walking schedule for exercise without one though!

Fun seeing your 'office'! I've never owned a dog, so have had no need for your type of services, but what a convenience for those who do. I will be missing some weekly weigh-ins coming up. I plan to definitely stay on my program and am determined to keep myself on track! Do not want to lose the progress I have made. As has been pointed out by others, the last 10 pounds are hard, but I am going to try really hard not to go backwards. Since I never sign out of Adamtopia, it looks like I am around when I am offline. See you all later. For those going to shows...have a fantastic time.

rihannsu, you look fabulous! You probably don't need to loose any more, right? Just maintain now?

rihannsu, you look fabulous! You probably don't need to loose any more, right? Just maintain now? I've actually still got about 7-10 lbs to go to reach goal weight by the goal weight calculator. I still have belly fat to loose and maybe outer thigh area. But I didn't really approach this as a "diet" but a lifestyle change. For the most part I am eating the way I will continue to eat. By tracking everything I stay aware of what I am eating but I mostly just make sure my averages stay in the proper range. I may be over one day and under another. My food diary on myfitnesspal is public so I think anybody can look at it. Here's the link: www.myfitnesspal.com/food/diary/GraffeoDLIf you page through the last few weeks you can see I have my treats and days that I go WAY over the line but my goal is set just about 350 calories below what I am burning. The combination of the fitbit to track my activity and myfitnesspal to track food makes it really easy. My average over the last 7 days has been 1633 cal eaten to 1797 burned so this week I've bounced around over and under my low weight.

I am still stuck at 128-130, but with all the exercise I think i am "tightening up". I decided to be happy where I am, as what I eat and do nowadays is quite comfortable for me... but of course loosing 5-10lbs would be niiiiiiceeeee...
