Well, I'm back! Looks like it's been pretty quiet since I last checked in.
Came back from holidays last week and finally weighed myself this morning. Knew it wasn't going to be good news, and am up 7.6 lbs. from when I last weighed myself on Sept. 3. Did a lot of eating, sweets, while on a big family visit for 2 weeks. Did get some walking in, especially the second week, and have started on my regular walking again this week. Plus curling season starts this week as well, so that's twice a week also. Having a hard time though to get back into a reducing diet, but am working on it. Want to at least get back to my 50 lbs weight loss which is where I was at on Sept. 3, never mind the 10 lbs over and above that I still wanted to lose.

I'm here. I'm sleep deprived from a trip and hubby being sick. Been pretty good on the bike while the weather is holding. Too many milkshakes - yes it's a weakness. I'm up 2-3 from what I was at the start of the summer. I've got to do more in the mornings and get up from my desk. Maybe we'll have to have virtual workouts and I'll figure out how to post from my phone.
Here's to next week being brighter.

Tentatively stepping a toe into the (shaping ...) pond ..... with a question: Has anyone ever put together a "tape" of AFL songs for workout reasons???
My story (with regard to the thread): I went from 99kg in my hardest times (100 scared me bad ) to hovering around 92 since. Lost 10kg since July and am working on the next 10kg.
Want to be able to dance the soles off my shoes in 2015 when they ome to EU

Yay! I'm down 2 lbs this week. I think last week was the highest I'd been in a while. Getting sloppy so need to work harder to stay active as I like eating too much. LOL

Checking in late, been running around all day! Down only .8 lbs, so nothing great but at least it's a start (I hope). I have that same problem, Rihannsu, like eating too much! Missed a couple of walks this week because of work and appointments.
Welcome QueenAl, and congratulations on the 10 kg weight loss. That's awesome! I just walk, and am pretty techno challenged anyway, so have never put a play list together with Adam songs for exercising purposes. Someone will be able to give you feedback on that I'm sure!

Still yo-yoing but am down about a half pound from last week so I guess I am working my way in the right direction.

Just getting in before the end of the day (at least on the west coast). No change in weight for me, remained the same as last week. Missed several walks due to various appointments and lousy weather, but I'm trying!
