USA Today is speculating (see below) on who should be cast in the title role of NBC's live production of the musical "Peter Pan," and guess who one of the nominees is? Celebrating 5 great years of Glamberthood today! Thank you, Adam, for bringing your light to my world! Adam could totally do this but my vote would go to someone not mentioned. Amy Adams  She could be a toally believeable Peter. I think, imho, Adam is too tall and too sexy to be completely convincing. But with Adam you never know. Not lets talk Captain Hook! Great choice! And Adam as Captain Hook, of course:) |

“If Queen perform this year, it will be with Adam Lambert” says Brian May
Things have gone slightly quiet in terms of Adam Lambert news this past week or so but fear not we’ve got some news tonight.
The news doesn’t just involve Adam Lambert however, it turns out that Queen guitarist Brian May has said that if the band perform live this year then it’ll involve Adam.
We’ve known that following on from the success of their last performance together that both parties would be crazy to not do it again.
Brian May spoke with Planet Rock and confirmed that Queen are looking to do some live dates throughout 2014 and confirmed that if they do hit the road then they’ll be taking Adam with them.
May said: “I think we may do some Queen gigs later on this year. I’m probably not supposed to say this, but we’re looking at doing something.”
“Of course, Adam Lambert is a great frontman and we know already that works, so we’d be looking towards some gigs with Adam, hopefully. I’m excited about that, if it happens.”
Brian May also spoke in the interview about how he believes that Adam Lambert is a perfect fit for the band.
He added: “[Adam Lambert] doesn’t copy Freddie [Mercury] in any sense whatsoever, which is great. I would hate to do it with a copyist.”
“Adam has an amazing range and he is one of the few male singers in the world that can handle all those vocals at the original pitch. He’s an entertainer and he’s nice to be around.”
He continued: “You’ve got to work with people that you like and feel comfortable with and he definitely qualifies for that. If it happens this year, it will be with Adam.”

OMG! His face after Black & White when he got all that praise from the judges. Poor guy had so much pressure that week! I always thought he had tears in his eyes then. He really, really nailed B&W and deserved every bit of that praise. |
