I seem to be seeing my face all lined up on this little page here. A good sign to shut up and go read. Nitey..I'm gonna dream about that psychedelic bus, I know it. Dream it into reality. But I can't drive 40 ft. either, so Mszue it's up to you, gal! TRUST ME...said the spider to the fly....lol. I will learn....I have driven the Top of the World highway from Dawson City to Fairbanks AK with TWO full size carriers on top of a Mustang II...overhanging the top....If I can do that, I don't see that a 40 foot should be so bad. as long as I never have to back up or parallel park..then all bets are off hahahaWe'll see to it the streets are cleared for you..#teamwork #knowhowtohotwire?

Oh, I think Vancouver will be there. So will something in the South (besides Dallas). Atlanta and Las Vegas come to mind. No way, they will have Columbus, Chicago, Detroit, Toronto and St. Paul -5 in total - instead of those. Two shows in NY and LA, I could see happening though, but probably more as a negotiated second day option, if the first one sells out. And yes, I also agree that it will be Toronto, Montreal and Vancouver for the CA part. I think, you can be fairly sure that there will be something in the Pacific NW and my guess would be Vancouver, rather than Seattle. Queen has never done well in Seattle and Portland. Not sure why.
BTW: If they do this many stops in the US and CA, then I think, they will do South America in 2015 and probably plan a Japan and China tour as well. I don't think Queen has ever done China, and contrary to earlier overblown statements about the US, for mainland China it would actually be true that Adam is opening the marketplace for Queen and not the other way round. And Japan has of course always been a stronghold for Queen, so that is a great marketplace for both of them.

~ Virg ~ virg1877 29m OMG. ON MY RADIO JUST NOW - on classic rock station. Queen + Adam 16 dates. Split up between US and Canada.
Is this true?!!!!! OMG!!! Maybe I will get to see the show!!!!!!
Well, looks like I underestimated the number of concerts in the 3 part QAL concert guessing contest. But yea!!! 16 concerts!!! And so far hints of concerts in NYC (because announcement is at the MSG) and TX (per Brian's tweet). Any other location hints? If they play MSG, they will also be booked into the LA Forum (owned by MSG).

Considering that We Will Rock You played 5 days (7 shows) in Nashville and none in Atlanta, I'm wondering if QAL would have a concert in Nashville rather than Atlanta? I know Atlanta is much bigger, but Nashville could pull from a multi-state area that includes Georgia and Ohio.

Are you asking people to repost their already existing lists?

Well, I do not think that Adam will be going to London to fly over with Roger and Brian unless they need to meet in London for some purpose first. My money is on them getting to NYC separately. They want to get attention after the event not before. Brian and Roger do not usually travel by private jet but I suppose it is possible. Using one for a tour is a different matter. Flying London-NY first class is quite nice and private on both Virgin and British Air. And it only save a couple hours to fly in a private corporate jet. The cost to charter a heavy jet is around $50K with the current fuel surcharges (with taxes and crew charges, runs around $9K an hour, 7 hours with take off and landing.) That is a bit of money even for Brian and Roger. If they had 10-15 people going over to NYC, maybe it would make sense. wow! 50K ONLY? cause I just checked First Class fare between London and NYC for March 4, back on March 10th and got $12,720 and $17,465 for non-stop per person! ETA: I searched private jet prices - very interesting and much lower than I expected. Here is a good article: www.sherpareport.com/aircraft/cost-charter-private-aircraft.htmlYes, but that is comparing one-way jet cost to round trip airfare. Mid-week Virgin Upper Class is about $7K one way. Private jet charter + catering and crew and taxes and landing fees and etc. is probably $60K. So for two or three people, it is cheaper to fly Virgin. Round trip saves almost $100K. You can buy a lot of guitar picks and boots with $100K. If they really are doing 16 dates, then I expect that they might be using a private jet. But not for this announcement.

Last time that I tried to organize a bus trip is quite a while ago, but as best I know, and to give you some first idea, on whether to even pursue this idea further or not: A typical coach / charter bus rental (50 + seats) runs around $ 1200 per day. That is without parking, hotel fees, costs for driver lodging, and a lot of other extras, but I do believe this price includes gas. So, let's say, it is about $ 3,000 for 2 days, then at 50 seats, that is only $60 per person. For not having to deal with parking and driving and everything else, that may be a really good option for certain cities that can get this many people together. Also, when you try to book 50 people at once at a hotel, you can negotiate pretty darn good rates. ETA: just read Q3's post. Nobody guessed close to 16? WUT? Are you hoping somebody guessed 15.9 or something? How do you define close? All fun aside this is truly how we should book hotels. Take advantage of our buying power. Pick 3 hotels and negotiate the best price and see who will throw in the best benefits.

I smile when Adam uses some slang words. Doll is slang of the 30s and 40s. For heaven's sake my DH uses it. I am not hip enough to know what is "in" but I always think it sounds so old fashioned. Wonder where he picked this up?
Adam Lambert @adamlambert @nataliakills so good to see u doll!
