For a tour, you need to transport not only your band and crew, you also need to ship the equipment. Depending how tight the dates are sitting together, your equipment may fly by air too. I smile when Adam uses some slang words. Doll is slang of the 30s and 40s. For heaven's sake my DH uses it. I am not hip enough to know what is "in" but I always think it sounds so old fashioned. Just for fun..... flights from Calgary to Vancouver....to Los Angeles, ....to Dallas and return to Calgary is around 1300. Not so bad considering what I paid to fly to London. Comparison shopping re hotels.....grand idea!did you know? Group bookings save from 20 to 40 percent. You can negotiate a suite to meet up in or a meeting room. Private times at the pool. Gift bags. There can be free rooms per x amount of rooms booked which can be credited back to the master account and the list goes on! |
