He's been there since Feb 13th, so he just finished a month, taking out a few days for NYC. Yes and he said the press conference day that he'll go back to Sweden for the next month or so (I took it to mean a few weeks in March). Maybe in the end it amounts to 6-7 weeks but whatever, we'll see. He did??!!!! Which interview, please? I only remember him saying he was going right back to Sweden. I have been busy with real life so I must have missed the "another month" part. Q3, no way would an album come out 2 months after the single. I would expect 4 months minimum. Which is why a Spring single makes sense to me. Not to mention the buzz from Glee, which seems to be ending on April 1, and a chance to perform on Idol.

On where he is in the album and what he is doing in Sweden -- there are several interviews where he talked about it. Here is one. In the EW Radio interview he was very, very specific that he is in Sweden writing. At 3:00 Adam talks about the Queen Tour being a break in the album process and that he thinks it will inform his creative process. www.youtube.com/watch?v=UpzaFZt17dsThe EW interview is long and one of the most interesting. At the beginning of the EW Interview Part 2 (0:00-2:30) he talks about what he is doing in Sweden and the writing process -- he is definitely writing songs in Sweden:www.youtube.com/watch?v=D2lW66e8KX4I'll let the more knowledgeable reply to your post, aleks, and comment to a couple of details only. 'we know' = assumption (we really don't know who asked who, it's based on discussions IMO) Brian said he wanted MSG and The Forum (not The Joint) Label has nothing to do with tours (the promoters do most of the work with venues and logistics) Labels have a lot to do with tour promotion. They do two things -- provide funding and commit to promotional support. Labels do this so this because they get the sales of recorded music and concert drive a lot of sales.

Adam Lambert reveals shock over selling out Madison Square Garden with Queen Vocal sensation Adam Lambert is set to hit the road as the frontman of iconic rock group Queen throughout north America later this year and he admitted that he can't believe how well tickets for the shows have been selling. The 'Trespassing' superstar is set to front the band again for another run of dates that will kick off on June 19 at the United Center in Chicago, and he took to his official Twitter page over the weekend to reveal his shock at the fact that the Madison Square Garden date in New York City has already sold out: "We sold out Madison Square Garden!?! Woah!! @queenwillrock." Lambert returned to the social networking site in the early hours of this morning (March 17) and told his followers that he's irritated at how many people misspell Freddie Mercury's first name, adding: "It's FREDDIE people. Not FREDDY. Sorry... But.... Get it right!" Meanwhile, he has recently been in the studio working on new material and teased that his new songs will surprise people: "Yes! My new music is gonna blow your minds!!! Killin the Studio!!!" The Forum capacity is 18K. IDK where he got 13K. I counted what's left. There are around 1,000 I am impressed that you counted them. I've tried to do that and found it very tricky. Multiplication was my friend, but it was so easy to get mixed up. That list of sold outs includes San Jose, which did basically sell out its first offering of non VIP seats, but has added two more sections on the stage side, When I searched for a single seat, I got one of these side sections so assume the rest are now gone.
