Trying to connect for a ride to Detroit today, I talked to a fan who says every QAL concert has its own Facebook page. I don't Facebook, so I'm just passing this along to cause more trouble!

Craazy, loved the pic. JustGill, and others, thanks. It does! If you go to the Queen Facebook page and go to Events, you can RSVP for the concerts you are attending. I don't know what they plan to do with the events but -- fun.  |

Max Martin!!!!! Queen is nice, but, for me, this news is HUGE. Max Martin means a major label and major investment. And, personally, I think Adam is a much better singer than songwriter. So I have no problem with the idea of a team of hit makers involved in the process.
I have a feeling the timing is right---this could be Adam's breakthrough.

Funny story( completely OT) : Needacoke tweeted a pic of her recovering from a minor surgery, and instead of focusing on her bandaged leg, my eyes zeroed on a fanart of Adam standing on her shelf, remember that most beautiful one by Animated, which I had as my avi for a long time... I felt as if I'd seen myself there:) Weird. Oh, back to the point: I'm a bad person. Plus, this story connects four Atoppers: Needacoke, Animated, me, and also Bamafan, who gave the photo to Needacoke as a gift, I guess:) It's nice:)
It's not OT Aleks....that gorgeous mosaic fan art design by Animated called "Magic" is of ADAM and he connects us all. I loved it as your avi  and I made me a high gloss wall art of the same design (walmart.com) but in blacks, tans, etc. called "Cracked Glass" by animated. I loved mine so much that I made the "Magic" one, your avi, for needacoke's new condo. And you saw it today in that picture that she tweeted of her foot. I love the fact that this gorgeous image connects us all!
Animated....if you happen to see this....Thank you so much for the gorgeous fanart!

I post an article from Billboard about what Adam is doing and why he is in Sweden with quotes about & from Max Martin and you all are still talking about green ribbons?!!!!!! ??? Sorry mys*&@^#r some of us are always late to the party  . Great news of course     |

Someone suggested the other day that we do wristbands for QAL. Babs12 and I were talking yesterday, and thought about the KISS--keep it simple stupid--approach. How about picking a bright color (DAYGLO or Atop green for Adam's snake?) ribbon and wear it in one loop like the breast cancer symbol on our lapel or upper torso? The one loop sort of looks like an "A" for Adam or Atop. That way each of us could bring our own 1/2inch to 1in wide ribbon and a safety pin and we'd be all set. I prefer lapel or torso because I think wrists are often difficult to see. (and interfere with jewelry). Day-glo Green probably would stand out against any AToppers outfit, and one such ribbon would work for all concerts. What say you ATOP? Sound like a plan? Sounds like a great idea. I just found my Planet Fierce bracelet a few days ago. Hadn't seen it for years. The bracelet is how I met Glamnana at a concert. We were in the bathroom line wearing ours. |
