Just wanted to say that the whole time when Kris Allen was on AI he was complimentary, gracious and kind towards Adam, and always recognized Adam's incredible talent. I am not a fan of Kris Allen and I was as devastated as so many others were when the winner was announced on the finale that night. Still basking in the performances of BETH and THE QUEEN songs, it was heartbreaking to hear the results of the voting. But I never blamed Kris for the upset. He looked more shocked than I was and he had nothing to do with whatever went on behind the scenes. And I will always remember that, at least from what was portrayed in interviews and various footage from the show, Kris always stood by Adam when personal questions were inferred about "lifestyle", especially when the AI tour was on its way across the country. The 2 men seemed to have a mutual friendship and respect for each other during the time when they were thrust into the post American Idol frenzy. I wish him well and imagine that Adam has only good thoughts for him and his family, as well.  I just loved the way they both enjoyed their friendship, completely oblivious to the whole "rivalry" idea, and were so funny in their interviews together. It's awful and must have been frightening for Kris to have injured his hand in an auto accident, but it sounds like he is finally back to normal or close. I totally wish him well. . . . At first, I was, of COURSE, sad that Adam didn't win AI. I mean, I voted, a LOT, and I think "voting" for TV show stuff is . . . A little odd, really. Certainly something I've never done before or since Adam. Maybe it is just a testament to how Adam lives his life, but to me, now, it seems right, and more fitting overall, that he didn't win the reality show title but is instead winning at life - not just by his "monies," per se, either, but by continually drawing on his talent, fortitude, optimism, kindness, humor, etc. to rise above BS in all its forms. Adam is such the definition of a "winner" to me that a reality tv show title now seems actually very inconsequential (even almost a little silly). AI was the vehicle Adam needed and he rode it masterfully right to the end, helped make Season 8 fantastic, and allowed tons of viewers to fall in love with what he had to offer. In a way, I think it is better he didn't win because while winning that show, to me, "fits" the personality of Kelly, Carrie, Scotty McCreerey, it doesn't as much, to me, fit Adam. He can be a chameleon (what he answered on Idol when asked "what would you call your first album?), but he isn't a chameleon - he is more the "nice rebel" (I think that's how he put it). |

Swedish-speaking national radio station in Finland has an article of Julie Bergan on their site, with Adam mention and their selfie we've seen already. She's in Finland writing music with a couple of Finns. (IG pic) - We then went out dancing a bit on Saturday, and then I met a guy who was really cool and nice. He told me that he also was involved with music and we talked for a while. Then my friends told me that it was Adam Lambert. Then I just had to take a picture. ETA I know the above is not important, the same story as in her blog that I posted yesterday. It only tells that the Finnish media knows Adam and is interested although there has been no mentions of him for a long time. They picked up the IG pic when checking for their interview what Julie is currently doing. Even the tour with Queen was not a widely reported news. I was actually looking for a review of Tove Lo's concert thinking that she might have mentioned making music with Adam. |

Blind Gossip today IMPLIES Adam was offered role as Kurt love interest, was interested at first but declined because of cast in-fighting and other commitments.

I read this article as Adam worked with them for their album. OFC, any song they wrote can end up anywhere. |
