I found a really... interesting fan art, and my bad self wanted to post it here as a sign of silent protest, but I am only half bad today, so I will only give the link. I can only wish I had half of Adam's class, but no. What can you do. Open at your own risk.
My point: there is a gaping chasm between a truly beautiful/funny/interesting/creative fan art, which is splendid, or more or less successful attempts where you can see at least a hint of artistic development, which is also more than fine (but if it was up to me, I would have left them to develop somewhere less public), and hideous abominations which make me want to cry. Is it too much to ask not to see the latter here. And I did try scrolling, but, lo and behold, that didn't work.
How to tell the difference? It's very easy, because that line between art/attempt at art/abomination may be fine, but it is very loud - it is screaming at you, actually.
