Ninja challenge for the morning, please. I remember reading a video comment about the iHeart concert that someone brought over to the thread. It was someone complaining about false advertising in the title. They had watched to see Fun with Queen, and had to "suffer" thru 11 minutes of Adam Lambert singing the hell out of Queen songs before Nate came on and butchered his song.
Anyone know what I am talking about? Anyone remember it? And did anyone save the comment? Thanks in advance.

Pretty sure it was on a British site, but can't tell you more than that.

I have seen it posted more than once. Have gone back and searched a bit but can't find it. Maybe when adamrocks gets here she will know where it is.

But I'm wondering, do people realize it was completely sarcastic? Not really written by someone hoping to hear Nate, but by someone making a joke about the absurdity of the headline. ETA: Pretty sure it was a comment to an article that included the video. The article headline was something like "Watch fun. perform with Queen" ETA2: here it is..... www.nme.com/news/queen/72822

Bryan Cooke is such a Glambert, or at least likes all the attention the Glamberts pay to him. Eh, not too mad at Sam Smith. Maybe he's not quite publicly gay and doesn't want to be like automatically he knows Adam. Because he doesn't know him honestly?! But name droppy isn't it to be like I'm going to text Nile, not tweet. Or not even Avicii. Sam Smith has grown on me, or his vocal on LaLaLa has. I personally don't like those sappy Upright Cabaret performances but maybe it's a musical theatre tradition that I am just not aware about. Seems very campy and his vocal in those always feels so odd to me. But that's not Adam specific. That song is so terrible imho! Like Bonnie's original. Maybe I just need to understand the whole cabaret/dinner theatre stuff. Burlesque is cool. Like getting to understand Freddie's Vaudeville stuff. Ok, due to all these Queen tutorials, I now LOVE "I'm in love with my car". Lol. And I did dl "A Night at the Opera." Not sure if this was already posted but how funny is this? Rihanna so adorable. Adam's meet & greets would also make a good comparison: www.buzzfeed.com/mjs538/a-rihanna-meet-greet-vs-an-avril-lavigne-meet-greet?s=mobile

The article headline was something like "Watch fun. perform with Queen" ETA2: here it is..... www.nme.com/news/queen/72822You found it! Thanks! Yes, I recognized the sarcasm and appreciated the wit. The article was absurd, making it seem that Nate fronted for Queen, and never even mentioning Adam in the entire write-up. The article made me hot under the collar; the comments dissolved me into chuckles. "Your headline is misleading. I clicked on the video to watch F.U.N. perform with Queen and had to sit through 11 minutes of flawless singing by some astoundingly handsome chap before I heard the mediocre pop vocals of Nate Reuss that I tuned in for." margaret.tombs.5 margaret.tombs.5 said on 24th Sep 2013 "@redsiren, I know, it's almost as though that astoundingly handsome chap is Queens acting lead singer and frontman isn't it?" Lilybop Lilybop said on 24th Sep 2013 "The guy Ruess said is the "best singer I know"? Guess they missed him sharing vocals on Fat Bottomed Girls and killing Bohemian Rhapsody, Crazy Little Thing, Who Wants to Live Forever, and Dragon Attack. Their loss. The arena went crazy with joy!"

Adam wiping away his tears at the end kills me. IKR? every time I see that moment I feel sad as I imagine he was singing from his "RL" heart... I guess I am so imprinted on Adam's voice I can't appreciate anyone's else (as a side note - that's why I understand Freddie's diehard fans...) I listened to Josh's take, got irritated in too many spots and had to run to Adam's.... #ItsAllAdamsFault
