I am having to listen to oldies to get the Adam keyword. I am not liking this! But for a chance to win this......  I lied up above when I said I liked all kinds of music. Old Steve Wonder hits not so much!! |

another little twist - Q104.3 just gave out the word at 1:59 instead of 2:00, so I missed it and got the "good luck" words...so next time i'll know to be on a min earlier.... urghhhh

I'm listening to a local Nashville station -- they never played Adam before -- I used to be so pissed off at them. They are giving out passwords 4x a day and have a method to enter on-line if you are unable to text. I just missed the 1 pm code. :((

Thanks for the info.. my stomach is churning.. Asheville has a station so I will keep giving it a whirl. They haven't said how they do it ,I don't text ,so they gave another way.. A bit unsettling for me and some of the music is literally to die for or die from..LOL

coo.coo.ca.choo: Adam got plenty of airplay in Nashville but not on 105.9 The Rock which is "Nashville's Classic Rock Station". His music was played on CHR (Top 40), HAC and AC in Nashville. This contest is targeting Queen fans and is targeted to oldies and classic rock format stations. None of them play current music. Most are filled with 80's and 90's rock music. ETA: Except for Cleveland where none of our rock stations are doing this contest -- so I am stuck with and effing OLDIES station. The playlist looks like an American Idol bad theme night song list. Thanks for the info.. my stomach is churning.. Asheville has a station so I will keep giving it a whirl. They haven't said how they do it ,I don't text ,so they gave another way.. A bit unsettling for me and some of the music is literally to die for or die from..LOL I just tuned in -- and they are playing Pink Floyd.  Much better than what I have on my station!! I will try my MAGIC format station for one of these rock stations in a minute!! I have Tina Turner "What's Love Got to Do with It" on mine. So do not complain to much if you have The Eagles and Pearl Jam, 'cause you could be in Cleveland!! Oh you also just had Nirvana. |

Yeah, I realized once I got in the car and tuned in that it was "the River" where Adam visited and then they didn't seem to support him. You're right, I've lucked out although I don't listen to classic rock a lot I certainly don't mind. I lean more towards Alt Rock when I'm listening to Rock. |
