Gorgeous house and I agree great price for such a treasure.Finally Adam can come HOME to a place that is all him ,a place of respite ,fun,and joy.
I'm so thrilled for him,he's been a gypsy for so long and he works sooo hard, now he has roots.

So happy for Adam and all the wonderful things going on in his life - a seemingly endless tour with rock royalty with more dates being added and selling just as fast, A3 in the works, the positive reception and new fans from Glee (just spoke to SIL who loved him on Glee) and now a new beautiful home! I also received an email from my builder that my new home in SoCal will close escrow on June 23 - just in time for the Forum on July 3rd! The said SIL who fell in love with Adam on Glee is so excited to see him live! I am taking many of my family members with me so I am sure we will have a grand time. Aloha, looking forward to squeeeing with you!  |

There's an unsubstantiated rumour running around twitter that Adam paid for his new house in cash. If true, wow! Someone has been saving his pennies! It makes me so happy to know that Adam had bought a house; cash or mortgage  |

Lol....so many of us remember he wanted his hookah room or whatever he called it. What were the colors he wanted it to be??....red or purple spring to my memory. I laughed to myself at the time! My first thought tonight in seeing that draping on the ceiling....was ....Well as he has grown up....maybe his tastes have too! But red/ purple might not be all that bad with the city night lights and candles flickering.... while his brain is "awash in color"!  Did anyone bookmark that interview?...love to refresh my mind on what he said. I do not remember an interview where he said he wanted a hookah room, would love to hear it if someone finds it. Any hints about the time period and I could do some searching. All I remember was him saying his idea of a good time or something along those lines would be a hookah in one corner of the room and an orgy in the other corner. I remember hookah being mentioned, it think orgy was in the other corner...lol Can't remember the context.
ETA: Waves at Mayumi!!! So excited for your new house, but will miss you being close by.  Looking forward to seeing you at The Forum!!!

Me too!! Just got here and am going WHAA??!! YAY!!! over house!! Thanks mys*&@^#r!! Wow. That seems like a *lot* of house for <$3M in Hollywood Hills! I mean there are homes in the DC area that go for that, and they aren't as posh or in as "prime" a spot. I know people in San Francisco who would get a lot less for that kind of money. There isn't anything of concern with it, is there? Looking at the pics and location I'm a little surprised at the fairly "low-ish" price tag. #yesIliveinamassivelyinflatedhousingmarket :-P |

It did not take a genius to figure out it was not for smoking cigarettes!!! LOL I wonder if it was around the time of the dimmers being mentioned??? It was very early on, after AI time I think. I have all my old favorite links saved on Internet Explorer and cannot go in to find things due to this bug business...until I get a tech out. |
