Adam's house is gorgeous! So unique. I seem to remember soon after Idol when he was talking about wanting a house, he said something about wanting a comfy Moroccan-style room for relaxing and "having a bowl."  . That sitting room with the fabric on the ceiling certainly fits that, lol. I can certainly envision some decorating changes. From the peeks we've had of Adam's condo, he seems to like dark colors. I want him to have his privacy, but I'd love to see his finished home. Lol....so many of us remember he wanted his hookah room or whatever he called it. What were the colors he wanted it to be??....red or purple spring to my memory. I laughed to myself at the time! My first thought tonight in seeing that draping on the ceiling....was ....Well as he has grown up....maybe his tastes have too! But red/ purple might not be all that bad with the city night lights and candles flickering.... while his brain is "awash in color"!  Did anyone bookmark that interview?...love to refresh my mind on what he said. |

oh no, I'd be so sad if they took that out of the live rendition. It along with the standing up on "looked right thru me" are the moments. His other renditions just don't feel complete to me. It's my favorite rendition too but for me that last note spoils it. I have to stop the youtube just before it gets to that note. Funny how different people can feel about that song. I love the last note. It starts wrong, but he fixes it. That live performance of Mad World was magical and it still feels that way to me. ****************** And no, not a slow day. Adam's new house is impressive. I'm in the suburbs of Michigan. People around here put all their money in the sq footage, not so much the decorating. Most homes are so bland looking inside, mine included. I sure hope some of his friends are allowed to post a few party pics when he's added his own decorating style to the interior. I'd love to see what he does with it. |
