Ok I get what you are saying...and I agree Brian might be more inclined to pick an early Queen concert favorite -- it was his idea to resurrect In The Lap Of The Gods...Revisited for the Magic Tour for example. As for the wild cards - 1. I don't think they'd do one of the new/old tracks if only it would be weird for them to "debut" a new Freddie song by having Adam sing it ? Now if B&R had a new song they wrote to fill out the album (I doubt), THAT could be debuted. 2. That is definitely true. How deep is his knowledge of the back catalogue. That will determine how effective he would be at doing older tracks. I mean Adam definitely was a fan and honored Freddie, but I got the feeling he's not like say...me....and knows everything. I know he discovered Dragon Attack before the first round and wanted to do it...so how much research has he done now...SO it is a wild card in the truest form...a. how much does he really know...and then b. how much would he push... He definitely will have a good say on the set list. 1. Brian and Roger have a new album to promote -- and they will be doing that during the tour. They made these new tracks with scraps using "new technology". So maybe they will use Freddie on tape. But these 3 new Freddie tracks seem likely to get promoted in some way. 2. Adam is very thorough. I think he knows every track they have recorded. He said he has watched the all the concert videos and all the documentaries about Freddie and Queen as part of getting ready for this tour. He mentioned watching the BBC videos in an interview in 2012 so my bet is he knows less than me or you, but more than 99.99999% of Queen fans.

I believe they seriously separate the product right now. They may mention it in interviews and maybe talk about it at the gigs but I would be shocked to hear a song. BUT you never know... I'll give him 75% at this point. There are many more like us out there

Maybe. I just don't think he has to know...and is probably concentrating on what he NEEDS to know....as for Bri and Rog...well I'm surprised they remember their early years (they usually have pretty bad memories ) ADMITTEDLY MERE SPECULATION: I got the impression that before QAL he was a fan but was more of a Greatest Hits fan and didn't delve TOO far back into the catalogue...maybe ANATO or whatever. When he agreed to work he probably did a crash course and got all the hits down, and the likely concert favorites but if you were to ask him about She Makes Me or Mad The Swine, he might say I think I remember seeing the name...or whatever.... BUT I could be wrong....It wouldn't be the first time Just the impression I got!
