SPAMMING! For anyone who wanted anything from TWoP -- get it NOW. They are shutting it down this weekend. What's TWOP?? If you do not know, this is probably irrelevant to you. It is Television Without Pity -- one of the oldest forums about reality TV. It has been view only, not posting, for over a month. The closure was announced months ago.

Apologies if this has already been posted at some point (or if I'm posting this in the wrong place), but I was just able to purchase a parking pass for United Center on June 19th through Ticketmaster. Parking there can be a bear, so I was happy to secure a spot ahead of time. There were two price levels of parking available. Just a bit of info. for anyone who might be driving to United Center and, like me, didn't know you could buy a spot in advance.

TALON'S TAKE: A Kind Of MagicWritten by: Roger Taylor PERSONAL NOTES: - I prefer the rock version unsurprisingly and the pop one is a bit droll for me. But I love it when done live. And I think Roger's voice suits it best. All in all another decent track! CHANCES A Kind Of Magic.....85% -- This is one song from QAL that could get the axe for a couple reasons. It was dropped when QPR came to America last time, and Roger could decide to do a different song - especially with the earlier Queen albums - I'm hoping for a bit of Tenement Funster instead! I will take this trade!! "Tenement Funster" would be great live. I also agree that AKOM could easily be dropped in North America. It was a sing along moment at Hammersmith QAL but it was a UK hit. Not a hit in North America. ** The Roger songs should be the easiest to figure out..... Under Pressure - Roger and Adam Radio Ga Ga - Roger and Adam These Are the Days of Our Lives - Roger, sing along One more song - IILWMC or TF seem most possible to me, "Innuendo" would be the most pleasant surprise of the Roger songs I can think of but I doubt he would do both TATDOOL and "Innuendo" and I bet he does TATDOOL. Agreed on TF - Rog did it on his solo tours and it was awesome! It would be even better with Brian on guitar. I definitely think Roger does UP w/Adam (it's RTs fav Queen song). Ga Ga is also a definite. The rest are toss ups to me. Days of Our Lives is a likely as it seems to be a good way to showcase Freddie & John and the nostalgic past. One more song - This is where TF would slide in. Innuendo would be AWESOME...but if they did Innuendo it wouldn't be a "RT song" it would be full band with Adam. The other possibilities are IILWMC, Heaven For Everyone, or Say It's Not True. IF those are the choices TF is #1 and HFE would be #2...

Oh my gosh! I just got here and see Talon talked about The Invisible Man! I didn't want to say anything because I didn't think anyone else would like the song but I love this song!lol I know it is about video games and is probably really out dated but I think it's catchy and the video was a lot of fun! I wasn't sure how it would sound live on stage. I am so surprised to see it mentioned here. Now I need to go back to page 2 and finish reading the thread. I was just excited to see The Invisible Man discussed!

Mid-morning musing (not meant to offend; just a curious thought) -- I wonder if Freddie were still alive if a tour this size would even be happening?
(Of course, there would have been so many more years that Queen may have stayed on tour.)(And, so many more songs.....)
