TommyJoe Ratliff @tommyjoeratliff 7m “@lindafromoz: @tommyjoeratliff Would there ever be an offer too good to refuse that would lure you away from being in Adam's band? ????” nope!
During down time after GNT, TJ was following M around to do some gigs. For the second round after the Glamily tour, he was with Brian. For me this tells something. I meant we've heard that Ashley was doing gigs here an there. She even landed the gig with that guy from the Voice, even though it's a short one.
Even if there's other offer for him, I doubt they're too good or better than one from Adam. If he comes to work for other artist or singer, they might not be as generous as Adam F. Lambert. With Adam, he will get some spotlight, with other singers/artists he will not get that kind of attention. Music Biz is a tough business and I'm pretty sure there are a lot of guitarists that are as good and even better than TJ. There're tough competition out there! So unless Adam's changing his mind to have a brand new band for A3, TJ's not going anywhere.
I'm hoping to get Isaac back on the drum though.
Um, well, TBH TJ is NOT very good at guitar or bass. He is able to learn a part and reproduce it. He is not particularly good at improvisation or creativity. He is a loyal worker bee in the backing band but there are MANY much better musicians and artists out there that Adam could get. I doubt there would be a situation where TJ was offered another gig that was better than the one he has with Adam.
Having said that, I think that Adam cherishes Tommy for his loyalty, his look, and his attitude. He is functional in the position as guitarist to the point that Adam is not going to fire him. IMHO. YMMV

Oliver McCarthy @olivermcc · 5m pretty sure that was @adamlambert who just strolled past me wearing the most dazzling shoes I've ever seen! I think Adam has broken those shoes in pretty well. If he wears them for the Queen gigs they shouldn't pinch anymore.

I edited my post above. They changed the date of the Ritchie/CeeLo show. Plus, I meant July! Did you all realize that Justin Timberlake is at Mohegan the night before QAL? And both shows are sold out! Wow!!

I just had a look at the Merriweather Pavilion site and Phillip Phillips and O.A.R. (whoever they are)are playing the night before QAL. There's a notable discrepancy in ticket prices and seats left.
He may have the best selling single of an idol ever but who wants to go see him?

He may have the best selling single of an idol ever but who wants to go see him? Plus it is a co-tour! So, with 2 somewhat, almost major acts it should be selling better. IDK, if you saw Q3's post last night, but there are 3 other Rock acts playing the Forum this summer, KISS/Def Leopard, then Aerosmith, and their sales aren't even close to what QAL is! Aerosmith is doing slightly better than KISS but not by much!

I don't know exactly who O.A.R. are, but they were on a college bill when my son was registering in 2010. Posters in the Student Union all around.
