If anyone knows peeps who would be interested in the LA Forum show, the Forum has released more tickets in several of the 100 sections (lower deck). Good seats are available in sections 107, 108, 129 and 130. Also a few seats in 128 (although they are disappearing as I write this!). yup, Forum keeps releasing all the best seats! It almost looks like half the first level was reserved for some entities that did not need them... I checked all the venues with available maps and found that ALL of them with the exception of MSG have released tickets in the best sections or reclassified VIP to "full price" as Q3 mentioned... I decided the next time I am not going to go crazy during the pre-sale but wait until the best seats show up like this.... live and learn.... You're right -- blocks of tickets were probably given to Live Nation and American Express, as well as the band, and some are now being released back to the venue. Waiting to buy a ticket until a few weeks before an event is a bit of a crap-shoot, though. I think it depends on how many seats are released, and when -- it seems to be pretty sporadic, so you have to keep checking back with the venue and hoping to hit a day when good seats are available. Also, it depends on how popular an act is. The Bruno Mars shows at the Hollywood Bowl sold out in less than 30 minutes (I know 'cause I tried to get tickets). I kept checking back, but never saw anything available; there were probably very few tickets released, and those were likely snapped up immediately. So, if you don't need to have a ticket in hand right away and/or feel a bit lucky, waiting might work out fine. But if you want the certainty of having a good ticket in hand, the pre-sales might be a better way to go. Of course, there's always StubHub as a back-up.

Adam kept on saying that this tour's for the old Queen fans to walk the memory lane. I got that, though not all of them wanted to come see Brian & Roger on stage because of the obvious reason. Didn't Adam realize that Queen also has younger fans who wants to see Roger & Brian on stage? Once in a life time for them to actually see Queen live performance and experience the concert? Men & Women in their 30s or 20s or even teenagers who become Queen fans after Freddie's gone.

He has mentioned younger fans on several other occasions, but in this case he was asked about filling Freddies shoes, so was more appropriate to mention the purists or older fans.

I find Adam's use of the word "nostalgia" interesting. There are so many young Queen fans, I noticed some of the "there's no Queen without Freddy [sic]" folks were teens or young adults. In any case, it'll also be the first time for many Queen fans who were too young the first time they were around.
I would be one of those fans who's too young the first time they're around and lived in other country so the chances was zip, NADA, ZERO, NIL.

Ohh.. I guess I've missed that interviews. Can you please post that interview when he mentioned younger fans?
