I AM SOOOO EXCITED!!!!!!! Everything in that row is great. The seat numbers are 1 = far aisle. 14 or 12 = on the catwalk. (Depends on the row.)

think I am coming to Chicago for first show :0 trying to work it all out biggest hurdle was getting off work trying to decide between floor seats or section 100"s.......any advice? It depends on where the seats are and what you want. Best sound -- get seats in front of the soundboard. That is the center of the floor and back a bit. Best seat/sightlines: Section 113, Row 6. These seats are just in front of the stage and positioned at stage level for most shows, providing direct viewing of the goings-on. "In many instances it's almost like you're sitting on stage with the band," he says. Best/overall: Section 119, row 8. As Miley Cyrus might say, it's the best of both worlds in these seats, as they provide a great view of the stage and excellent sound. From here, "the guest will often feel as if they are part of what is happening on stage as well as the back of the house," operations manager Terry Savarise says. Also notable are seats in row 16 of sections 104 and 108, because the sound here is great and the stair configuration leaves you with no seats (and no standing people) in front of you, he said. Don't see how it could possible have the best overall seat. Maybe it is a typo. www.unitedcenter.com/venue/seating-charts/

I AM SOOOO EXCITED!!!!!!! Awww!!!! So happy for you !!!!!!!! Plane ticket prices are insane at last minute!! Maybe train? Drive? Any advice appreciated........ [laughs] All depends where you're coming from. Flights can be more or less than Amtrak, depending on which way the wind is blowing when you look. At least Amtrak DEFINITELY goes to Chicago, and probably right into the center of town. Make sure you also check all the airlines "Get Away" deals. You never know what cities their going to have on their deal list in any particular week, but you may luck out there too! CONGRATS !!!!!

That article was written for the stage on the other end. 119 is 108 for this configuration -- which they put into the fan club presales. Then 104 & 108 sections would be behind the stage. So still does not make sense.
