UNREALITY PRIMETIME WATCH! Adam Lambert & Queen in amazing iHeart Radio show! Setlist
Queen and Adam Lambert took to the stage last night for a very special warm up show in LA. The American Idol star and legendary British rockers embark on their North American tour later this week and have been rehearsing in London for the last month, perfecting their set and their stage routine before taking their live performances around the US, Canada and Australia, before bringing the gigs to a close in Japan later this summer. Last night the musicians performed a short version of the concert in Los Angeles, grinding and singing their way through eight epic songs for supporters from both fan clubs in iHeartRadio Theater. DIAMONDS WORLDQUEEN WITH ADAM LAMBERT SECRET SHOW 6/16/14 (14 photos) This was simply amazing. I have had the pleasure of hanging with Freddie Mercury on many occasions back in the day at parties & Adam Lambert was channeling him big time. Brian May & Roger Taylor - Official never sounded better & I'm so glad to see them back on the road. Queen "Freddie Mercury" shoes are hard to fill to say the least but Adam didn't have a problem. Setlist: We Will Rock You, Another One Bites the Dust, @this thing called love, Love kills, Fat Bottomed Girls, Under Pressure, We Are the Champions & concluded with Don't Stop Me Now. Queen is touring & I highly suggest not missing it as these shows are once in a longtime if ever again. An awesome night of classic Queen. \m/ — at iHeartRadio Theater Los Angeles. www.facebook.com/ShinyDiamond

Queen + Adam Lambert Preview Summer Tour with iHeartRadio Concert
The "American Idol" alum helped draw a big crowd to Burbank for the 40-minute set that was live-streamed for Clear Channel stations and on Yahoo.
"I’m a huge Queen fan,” Adam Lambert told me shortly after he completed his run on season eight of American Idol. "Freddie’s the man. He's the voice. Just the musicianship required to sing that kind of music is really high. It's very melodic and rangy and dramatic and I appreciate all that." Five years later, standing front and center at the iHeartRadio Theatre in Burbank, Lambert said if you had told him back then that he would be touring as the lead vocalist of Queen, he wouldn't have believed you for anything — and who would have argued with that? YES, I do!! His dream about "more gold" cracks me up, in light of all the gold rings he's been wearing lately!! Except tonight when all his accessories were silver on the Gold set. Adam never blends. It will be fun to decide what other little things Brian and Roger are doing to indulge Adam. Wasn't the gold set tonight though! BUT THOSE PANTS!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ETA: I think Roger didn't come down from the drums just because of the small stage & logistics.

Agreed they all seemed to be sitting back a bit and just settling in. Chicago will be off the hook I am sure and by the time they get to Oz a well oiled machine will roll on into town! I have no idea what this is referring to. This 8-song sampler was higher energy than the iHR Music Festival performance. Well I don't think the energy translated well on this stream, cuz I also felt it was really subdued in comparison. I chalked it up to the small venue and/or sound mix. Obviously, based on you and everyone else in the audience, it wasn't, so... cool. Love Kills was phenomenal! PHENOMENAL!!
