So what are people's thoughts on the Rolling Stone article? Is he being too much of a perfectionist on his own music. When do you think we will get a single? Hmm. Worst case scenario: nothing good was written during the Swedish sessions (note Adam wanting more material and an implication that he didn't necessarily co-write everything? Best case: A3 is going to kick ass and he knows it and is confident and being even more ambitious. Max Martin has a huge hit now with Ariadne Grande's "Problem" and she's known for her singing. Bodes well for Martin. Maybe we'll all be surprised like with "Love Kills?" So we can stop obsessing about the single and kick back for QAL?

So what are people's thoughts on the Rolling Stone article? Is he being too much of a perfectionist on his own music. When do you think we will get a single? Meanwhile, Lambert has been using his downtime to continue work on his next solo album. "I'm not finished with that," he says. "I've done a lot of work and there's some amazing music. We'd probably be able to put something out now, but I'm a perfectionist and I have to make sure that I love every song 100 percent and that they're perfect for me. I maybe want to find even more material. I'm not going to rush a project like this."Read more: www.rollingstone.com/music/news/inside-queens-huge-summer-tour-with-adam-lambert-20140618#ixzz351ovguwB THAT phrasing makes me think there is no 2014 drop plan. plus: "I think additional shows could happen. I'm definitely down. I'm having so much fun." which means he can find time for more shows.... so I am going to adjust my expectations accordingly and wait happily!

I know this probably goes to the individual meet up threads, but I was wondering if it is ok to post here.
A fan on twitter @musicagain333 is looking to share a hotel in Las Vegas and LA - anyone have room?

Where is this from? That catwalk is looooong. Adam better scuff up the soles of his Louboutins for some traction. instagram.com/p/pEwN0SuMYX/I really didn't expect the catwalk to be quite that long!! That will just give more people a chance to see Adam up close, hopefully I will be one of those!

Lots of tickets left for Chicago and really good ones on Stubhub including mine over 600 does this always happen lots of empty seats. I called United in Chicago.. According to the box office,Queen and Adam Lambert concert is sold out...capacity 14,900 TM has tickets in prime sections, these were released only a few days ago . It's a shame they held them for so long! I suppose it's a technical sell-out, because %-wise they are probably at over 99% sold. GREAT OPENING NIGHT!!! and who knows, may these few new tickets will get sold anyway. I feel bad for the folks whose plans changed and they have to sell on the secondary market - it is hard when TM has released prime seats... (I am in the same shoes with Philly...) But as far as the venue look - I am sure a few seats here and there will not be noticeable at all! Saskatoon, though, will be a different story - but it is one of the very few with "low" sales - according to the folks that counted - it is at about 74%...https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet/ccc?key=0ArGRM9JiTuXPdHppNjBDR1NxVDBQOFdGc3JNWG1FaXc&usp=sharing#gid=0

Many Adam mentions in this HuffPo article on Sam Smith............
Sam Smith's Pop Rise: How a UK Soul Man Came Out and Still Became America's Next Top Idol m.huffpost.com/us/entry/5494920?&ncid=tweetlnkushpmg00000054"Adam Lambert sold sex as flamboyance (no wonder the surviving members of Queen love him -- Freddie Mercury excelled at this), making it perhaps more palatable for straights (his AMAs stunt aside) who were OK with gay people but not necessarily gay sexuality, and the follow-ups to his first few singles still tanked."...... read more
