I didn't have to reset my password every time I login. Sorry, I don't understand? Maybe those high tech people can help? I have a new comp and I'm starting to suspect that this is the reason. I don't have to reset my password but I can't remain logged in....it's weird.

My family all watched that performance on TV and that's who they all want fronting Queen. It really was awesome as heck and I love Keane. His version of Under Pressure is great too, he's actually the only guy I've heard nail that bridge falsetto live. Well and this other guy called Adam Pascal but he's not a big name. Haha! I'm with you seoulmate.

did you put this in the Chicago concert thread also? If not I will do it. The goal is to make sure each show has the videos that pertain to that particular show. It's fine that it is here though

On the Rolling Stone article, I did see a comment from someone who attended that didn't like it. She said it was okay at first but Adam's voice became grating. She was there for Roger and Brian, whom she liked of course. That's the only negative review I've seen from an attendee. Lots of haters on that article. Almost as if they are grasping at straws to find something wrong with him. Some were even calling him fat! oh, the QOL moved onto the "too gay" in addition to "too fat"....with the sprinkle of "environmentally harmful tour"... honestly, I can't stop laughing reading there, I am not even sure why many here find that thread upsetting... I think I would miss those posts if they were to stop... not to mention the special "Couch" thread, LOL! poor couch.... There's a couch thread... LMAO that is too funny, I might have to go peak at that one.

OK, I will get this out and I might offend some people, but I don't care. Adam is no Freddie, but Freddie is no Adam either. They are two different people!!!
I will be honest with you. I am all for Adam. I want all the happiness and success for him. That's all.

Talon......Who in your opinion would these Queen fans consider more worthy then Adam to tour with the remaining members of Queen? Just curious. My impression from reading on that Queen site is that most of the members would rather have any singer in the whole world who is not named Adam Lambert. I think much of their Adam hate comes from their fear that some Queen fans will actually like Adam, as if that would take anything away from Freddie. Like, if we tear down Adam Lambert, Freddie will be elavated. It's juvenile thinking to me, but reading such hatred of Adam made me sad. First for fotm - NOW who's generalizing I don't agree with that assumption. I think they don't like that he's American, that he comes from reality TV, and they don't like some very OTT Glamberts who push them down their throats. IT's a bad combination of all 3. Not saying it's right, but I don't think it's a fear thing....I truly don't/ As for who else. There would be names that they would be interested in. Tom Chaplin from Keane (who did a unanimously praised rendition of It's A Hard Life): George Michael would be somewhat liked (not by me mind you) Muse's Matt Bellamy would be well liked, I think. BUT I think a Brian/Roger show by themselves would be most well accepted by the fanbase. That would be my first wish too...and I do like Adam quite a bit and am happy to see them together! BUT for me a B&R show would be phenomenal - as it's the most purely Queen I could get. Having briefly lurked of the Queen board I don't think it's a generalization at all. There are more than a few who spew such vitriol towards Adam I fear they may stroke out one day as they pound their fist and and type. the fact that they hold the three things you listed against Adam, as if he could change two of those three things is silly. I was reading there the other day and a few admitted they actually go looking for glambert comments. Why? IMO if they don't want Adam fans posting on their board, "shoving Adam down their throat" they should close the board to anyone who isn't a card carrying Queen fan....trouble with that of course is the trouble with that is the board would be dead because the QAL thread is the most active on the entire board. My issue with with them wanting anyone "other" than Adam is the people they want have only been proven to be able to sing one song and the catalog consists of many different genres and styles of music so while the dude from Keane did a bang up job on It's a Hard Life how would he sound on WWTLF or KQ or FBG or any other number of songs? Same with Matt Bellamy or George Michael. Adam might not sound perfect on ever song but he's more than proven he can handle their catalog of songs and handle them amazingly.
