Observations from Las Vegas’’’



HR has costumes in glass cases   from all types of performers. With some exceptions, like Prince and MJ they look really cheap up close. I bet Adams’s does not look cheap.


Did you know you can tell the working girls from the patrons by looking at the shoes? Or so I was told, the working girls have the better and more expensive shoes. Huh…

There were people of all ages with lots of animal print. Hard to say but I think we ruled HR. Someone must have tweeted a photo of my Mama shirt as complete strangers kept yelling out hey Grandduchess at me.


I forgot people were leaving after the last concert and I was all ready to party and no one to talk to they all went to bed, so I went and talked to the bus drivers. It rakes 5 hours to off load, 8 to load. They were moving in perfect sync. They did drop one case down the back stairs and went into a slight panic with colorful language. They took it apart and checked what looked like electrical equipment and pronounced it safe. It took 4 men to lift it back up the stairs. They were running late because they cannot take down the set with people still in the venue and with glamberts we sit and talk! Ran 1 ½ hours late and they were talking about how to make up time getting to Houston. It was fun as we exchanged road trip stories and discussed size of Diesel engines. really nice guys. I just stood at the railings and they came over and talked to me, some of the roadies too. Left after the second time police were chasing someone on foot through the HR parking lot. We didn’t get around to discussing Queen and Adam I got a little unnerved with all the police running around plus I thought if I brought up QandAl they would shut down. I was hoping they would start the conversation. But… police, running men and yelling. I went back into the hotel.



Oh and I danced on the stripper pole and a guy threw some money at me. *jokeing.. He didn’t let me keep it, but there are pictures. And witnesses.



Oh and then there was the guy who kept telling me he liked my shoes. 4 times.



I will not go on and on about the concerts or I might not stop. I had first row, center balcony the first night and the second same section a few rows back. Did not really make a difference in view plus I think there are very few if any bad seats in that venue. I choose Las for the sound and the more intimate venue and I was not disappointed. I thought concert one, like some have said could not be better but Adam proved me wrong as the second night seemed to have more energy and he was in great voice. I alternated crying, laughing and sitting in awe. Is there some kind of etiquette I’m not aware of that you don’t stand in the balcony? More stood the second night but it was more a standing ovation type of thing than just standing because. I could not stand the first night as it was déjà vu from the balcony at Club Nokia. Felt dizzy when I stood in the front row and thought I might just go over the railing! The lasers were magnificent from the balcony! Looking down and through them gave me a sense Is this the real life? Is this just fantasy

well kept seeing him in the corridor of the hotel at the fourth time I asked him if he had a foot fetish and he replied no he was gay and just liked shoes. so I told him I liked gay men and ran away. The shoes each time were red.




After the trucker talk, was sitting in the lobby, about 3AM.  Two young women wanted to take my pic because if I could still be up why weren't the rest of their friends.  Not sure but I think I was just insulted!  A curiosity, an old woman up beyond 8pm. 

The bride running through the casino with a bridesmaid holding her gown and trying to keep up. From her facial expression I think she was running away!

also fans were wearing crown party hats.  really they were!

Las Vegas is never dull!

Ha, ha!! GRANDDUCHESS, I LOVE YOU!! That is all!!
