nope! it'll take $s out of BB's pocket, and I don't like that! I can live without harmonies...  :D  ...It's a glorious, rich full show. We got Adam and we got the guys giving us a wondrous concert. Why mess with success. This show is costing them a bundle. Why add more cost for unneeded additions. Actually, the only place that I read that the show is lacking - other than one or two asshat reviews, is here. I find that ironic.  ETA - besides, the show is QUEEN + ADAM LAMBERT. Not QUEEN + ADAM LAMBERT + A MENS CHORUS + 50 dancers - or whatever some feel it needs to make it satisfactory. Let's just fill up the stage with performers and lose Queen + Adam LAMBERT entirely. Anyway all this dissatisfaction is giving me the itching hives.  The show is fab and can't wait to plunk my ass down in Melbourne and enjoy the hell out if. Just playing a bit of what if imagineering of ways to do Bo Rhap completely live. |

The show is fcukin' awesome. When we talk about men's choruses and symphony orchestras it is in the same spirit as saying it would be cool if Adam got to fly in and out with flames coming out of his head. Both ideas he has imagined in the past. Just fooling around. me? I would be just as thrilled with the show if it was just Adam, Brian, Roger, Rufus, Spike and Neil with no lights, smoke, confetti and lasers. Those are all icing on the cake for me. I am most impressed with the musicianship, songs and vocals,along with the joy. |

For some reason I don't feel "the demotion" there....strange, as I am super sensitive when it comes to Adam... especially the duet part towards the end... if anything it makes them "equal"... perhaps it's just me, because I LOVE when Adam comes back in, to me his voice is so much more beautiful, and when they sing side by side my preference is confirmed every single time... haha....talking about hiding....I'll have to burry myself now... I am with you 100% there girl. Hearing the two voices back to back just illustrates the beauty and richness of Adam's voice for me. Wanna hide with me behind my couch? Hope it's a BIG couch because I might have to join you. I actually went back and listened to Freddie singing many of the songs Adam sang last night. Freddie is amazing, but on many songs Adam sounded much better. Freddie has achieved 'godlike' status with some fans and they feel he was perfect, which he was not. Everyone can be replaced! Still a huge fan of both men, though. |
