the tracking chart got updated with the count as of today, 7/7. I have to say for the 2 lagging venues the count looks better than the map visually...hope the count is close to reality though!

Atlantic City will be packed -- I am sure of it. It often sell out very close to showtime. And it really does not matter at this point 80% sold or 100% sold -- the tour will be perceived as a sold out tour no matter what happens in a few venues.

A smaller venue must be a nice break for everyone performing. More intimate. A true connection. Road crew probably loves it too. And, Vegas is great, right?! This venue was a massive effort for the road crew. Brian said they set the new record for the venue -- with 9 trucks of equipment and staging here. (The old record was 8.) They scaled it down but this was the most elaborate production ever done at this venue. Usually it is plain stuff and lights. They also brought in their own sound equipment including the curved speaker hanging towers and the light wall and even rigged up the disco ball. This was probably the hardest stop on the tour for the crew with all the reworking they did. ETA -- it normally looks like this -- two video monitors on the sides of the stage, and lights. They put up the big video screen and ramps, and the light wall. And the ramp.... And most impressive -- they used both the venue's speakers and the Queen speakers. The sound mix and audio quality at this concert was amazing. >> The speakers obscured the view of the video screen for the people in some seats -- and the drums for the people on the 3rf I was on the side, VIP table on Saturday lined up right in front of the sound board so the sound was awesome. I was up front (row 2 with no one in front of me on Sunday ) -- and there was no distortion, everything was balanced perfectly which was a big, pleasant surprise! I would have thought one of the main reasons why performers want to play Vegas is cuz the venues already have great sound systems, etc. and they don't have to heft much in. Guess that's not the case with Queen. But, in general, that would be a draw, right? It would seem the logistics of most venues are well thought out before the tour arrives considering the short amount of time they have to work out problems. Is there a venue "crew" also that helps with the load-ins? It's obvious that Queen is the exception in most everything they are attempting and achieving with this tour. Adam's brain must be ready to explode with all that he is witnessing.
Gawd. Q3, I can't think of anyone more deserving of a SUPER GREAT seat -- 2nd row, no obstructions -- how are you even breathing?!
We are so thankful for all the work you do (as well as EVERYONE else) here for us -- so happy that you got to enjoy a great performance(s)!

I just don't want the boyz on that stage to see empty seats in front of them, even at the top levels... but, there is still time to sell, and I really hope the MSG crowd will want go to IZOD!

Maybe I shouldn't post this here? I thought it was funny though. And a word to the wise:Mark Fischel @markfischel 9h Queen show was amazing, although I did have to yell at the old Adam Lambert biddies behind me to stop talking during the Brian May solo. Q3 - delete if you want. OKAY...I think it is good to post this ....opens the door for a comment I have been wondering about making myself, a few years back, and never did. Appreciate that this remark, it is now up and out there ....and from a "somewhat" but not really, humorous perspective. I have been in the same position as this person, but he had more guts!! People discussing twitter messages and pictures, they are sending etc etc. not even looking at the performance for minutes at a time. Hey a comment back and forth, is fine... but to carry on a conversation, Atoppers, who go to more than one concert on the same tour, and who have this habit...well... I have sat beside/close to "a few" who have been in this mode! I am not sure if that was why they chatted ...'cause they would see more concerts in the next days, and it would not matter if they missed a song or part of... but sheesh---Etiquette should prevail for every concert!! LUV them, and their posts, but really....looks from another Atoper did not even click!! So tried to ignore and enjoy the moments! .. Others like me may only be going to ONE concert for that particular tour. (duck and dive)

We need to flesh out some of the early shows. Thanks to everyone who has participated/corrected/added so far. I included some things brought over on twitter too.
belle is working on a compilation with links to videos etc and wal has some great gifs to visually describe the events. I'd go crazy keeping track of all that here so I hope they will post their versions and/or adapt this as needed. And anyone who wants to tackle an individual concert on the concert theards using what's here as a starting point, please do so. Spread the work.
