Great recap wildarose. I am sitting here with tears in my eyes. I can't wait for my concert. I just hope I don't cry through it. There are so many touching moments during these concerts. My friends have always told me my eyes must be connected to my bladder. I guess I have always been a crier. I think I got that from my mother.

Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr!! Why does almost every day have to end up into "what Adam is doing wrong?" or "what Adam must do!"

I'd like to add a thought to the Adam-being-a-huge-star-or-not discussion. I'm not sure you guys realize what a huge deal Adam's success in Asia is. Asian market is HUGE and there are very few Western musicians EVER who have managed to break into it. And Adam did it with his 1st album! Nobody does that!
No, Adam is not yet a singer with epic songs that will last forever, but he's accomplished SOOO much in only 5 years, that I think we should all be celebrating his accomplishments rather than bitching how it's not soon enough.
It'll happen. All in good time. I believe everything is connected and there's a reason for everything.

"Cassie how about Adam eventually doing a one man show ,where he actually does do everything that he's capable of......boggles the mind." Right on Melliemom
This has been my dream for years. I am waiting for that show. Some producer or director will get smart, sooner rather than later, I hope.

Royal flush: Queen + Adam Lambert prove they’re still the championsJason Janik/Special Contributor With Adam Lambert fronting the band, Queen brought a rock spectacle to Dallas' American Airlines Center on Thursday night. By JOY TIPPING Staff Writer jtipping@dallasnews.com Published: 11 July 2014 12:38 PM Updated: 11 July 2014 12:52 PM
Flashback to the ’70s? Male lead singer in leather, lace and leopard-print outfits, replete with sequins, platforms and occasional Elvisian sneer? Check. Howling anthems interspersed with wringingly emotional ballads? You betcha. Self-indulgent but crowd-pleasing 16-minute guitar solo? Smoke machines on overdrive and a tripped-out set that didn’t actually do much of anything? Oh, definitely. So yeah, watching Queen + Adam Lambert on Thursday night at American Airlines Center was, indeed, a little bit like entering a way-cool, hyped-up time machine with several thousand other folks who were all digging every minute of it. AAC hasn’t rocked like that since ... well, since shows like this were held at Reunion Arena. Was it a success? Absolutely. Can Adam Lambert replace the iconic Freddie Mercury as frontman for one of rock’s most legendary bands? Nope, and that’s a good thing. Even better, he didn’t even try. Read more
