The fact that things have slowed down for a brief period has a bright side for me. It gives me time to come over here instead of running as fast as I can trying to keep up with twitter and videos.

![]() Only 85 folks on the daily thread this morning. Such a let down after over 300 during concert days. Oh, Adam, I am so addicted to you. This cold turkey withdrawal is hell! So, in the meantime, let's relive a bit of the wonderful QAL 2014 tour. Over on the vocal masterclass thread we are going to be looking at/listening to each individual song (hopefully in order, but it may morph into something more spontaneous). jerelyn started us off with ITLOTG, so I am inviting questions and comments about that for the weekend. Then, on Monday, with your participation, we will start at the top of the set. Which performance did you like best? Why? Do you have info or comments about the song itself, the techniques Adam uses, the sound of his voice? Questions about something you heard? I will be starting off each song by giving basic info on key, high and low notes, and anything special I noticed about his singing. I will have to fix it later. I have some massive real life stuff to deal with but will be back to my version of normal later tonight. And Time Warner is fixing the f'ing internet that was hit by lightening.  Still on my phone. |

I have an Idol question. In the past didn't Adam say he wanted to get to the Final? Did he ever actually say he wanted to win?
The interview above he says he wanted to win.
