can anyone help me please?
all my youtube videos that I downloaded into my video folder on my HP Windows 8 have no picture.
I can hear the audio no problem but all there is is a green screen.
I went on to youtube as well to view videos and same thing - audio okay but just green screen.
it has to be my computer but don't know how to fix it.
anyone know how I can fix this????????
don't need help anymore. I restarted my computer after I clicked on some what I call random things. all good now. carry on...........
