I'm a long time lurker (going all the way back to MJs) But I just had to say that my eyes just popped out when I read the Perth review from Candice Barnes.... "To round out the show, the band played their best known hits. Lambert didn't quite capture the playfulness of the vocal in Crazy Little Thing Called Love but more than made up for it during Who Wants to Live Forever. For me, the latter was better than the album version (and I am now awaiting hate mail from the die-hard Queen fans…)." Read more: adamtopia.com/thread/2525/start-conquest-sold-out-show#ixzz3BFUvZ5jlview from Candice Barnes I'm sure that others have also commented (I haven't read thru the thread yet) But NOT CAPTURED THE PLAYFULNESS of the VOCAL in "CLTCL" !!!!! At least she had the "WWTLF" correct. LOL Since I'm actually posting, I too would like to thank everyone from the bottom of my heart for all of the work that you do to bring "everything Adam" to this wonderful website. I check-in a couple of times a day. This place is full of kindred spirits...the humor...the intelligence...the desire to understand peoples differences and celebrate individualism...the sheer ability to recognize F***ing HOT raw sexuality when you see it...you know...kindred spirits. LOL Anyway, thanks again. Not Playfull Enough!?! Give me a break.... There have been a few reviewers who have made similar comments. I am puzzled by it because I do not see or here it. Here is Freddie, 1980 Montreal -- mostly he is standing playing the guitar. youtu.be/VFcWzT-nE8UHere is Adam in Tokyo -- I could not find a video from Perth yet. But it has been pretty much the same everywhere. How much more playful can he be with this song? youtu.be/woAQfJhfiIMJMHO - CLTCL is big hit Queen song, but it is a basically a classic rockabilly song and is not Freddie's best music. There really is not a lot for Adam to work with there compared to STL.

I couldn't get the file to download and I was using chrome so i am still stuck. Maybe I will try to talk butterknife into helping me. Did you try Firefox and Safari? ETA - I read the rest of the thread and see that several have had problems using several different browsers. I just tried and had no problems getting to and downloading using both FireFox & Chrome. Please try again and let me know what happens. Maybe Mega had a period of difficulty that is over now. If anyone still have problems, please tell me what browser and it's version number and what operating system (Mac, Windows 7, 8 , etc.). I've tried downloading files over the last week several times from Develane (I think) and from link on Queenzone. I always get this and it never changes. The little white dot (plus more that appear) in the circle go around and around. I've tried Chrome and Safari.

This is a great time for all Adam and Queen fans, riches indeed. Thanks so much to all who made and posted the videos, so we all could share, as you miss the subtle nuances and band interactions, even while attending the live shows. It's plain to see how much joy and happiness is on display between the entire band and how the crowd energy means so much to the band. This means so much to Roger and Brian particularly that this second chance with a world class vocalist and just nice guy has came about for them. All care about each other and it shows each and every night. Adam's humbleness, happiness and talent shine brightly in the midst of all the smoke and bombast. This is a win-win for the entire band and fans alike. No wonder Queen doesn't want this to end.

I have an enormous amount bookmarked that I keep meaning to look through. I see some of you are listening to "Trespassing." I've been listening to "For Your Entertainment" -- there are a lot of great songs on that album! A week or two ago, I mentioned that a Calgary radio station was cutting songs in half so they could play more for their "attention-span limited" audience. They've given up on that idea for fear of law suits.Calgary's AMP radio gives up on short songs format 90.3 radio station tried out QuickHitz since the beginning of August www.cbc.ca/news/canada/calgary/calgary-s-amp-radio-gives-up-on-short-songs-format-1.2741026Yay!

Crazy Little Thing Called Love was a vocal highlight for Lambert, which was followed by the fitting finale of Bohemian Rhapsody, featuring close-up clips of Mercury singing interspersed between Lambert’s vocals.

Not playful? What do they want him to do--kick around a beach ball and build a little town out of Tinker Toys?

It's new to me!!!! WOW! Adam's voice all by himself. Even though he's testing things, he sings in tune (ermm. Britney Spears). B-|
