Have we heard this soundcloud interview in a Australian radio station with the Aus. Pres of the Queen fan club? Long but they talk about QAL and a Queen fan snub at the airport. You have to skip some parts to get back to the QAL stuff. Marianne @mimmikki 10h Queen fan club Aus. President interview 2014 Rainbowradio by Marianne H 1 soundcloud.com/marianne-h-1/queen-fan-club-aus-president-interview-2014-rainbowradio … on #SoundCloudsoundcloud.com/marianne-h-1/queen-fan-club-aus-president-interview-2014-rainbowradioI listened to the entire thing and she bitched all the through the program about being snubbed, talk about entitled. At one point the hosts said Adam was really popular and then he dropped of the radar but she told them no he was doing some acting although she made it sound like a movie, in fact she may have said movie. She's really a big Roger fan, but near the end she said she may be more of an Adam Lambert fan now. She said she will go see Adam when he comes back to Australia as a solo artist. Seems she has gotten chummy with some of the Aussie Glamberts and some on the Glamberts online from the US.

funkNNsoul @funknnsoul 19m PURE OUTRAGEOUS POP - yep, that's Adam! ❤️ www.noise11.com/news/queen-kick-off-australian-tour-in-perth-20140824 …
I like this comment under the article. Helen Lorenz · Top Commenter · Fremantle, Western Australia the concert seemed effortlessly executed Brian May dashed about the stage like a man half his age, he ran down that walkway with his guitar held high and hair flowing behind him it was jaw dropping to see his agility and magnificence. There is a real majesty about the man. You have not lived until you hear him play that instrument of his live. The guitar records well, but live it takes on whole new dimensions that you can not imagine or anticipate. In his hands he can coax any sound out of that collection of wood and strings.. He knows it so intimately. Its a rare combination. roger was very impressive too as was Rufus. You have to admire that young lad for stepping in and helping his old man out a bit with the drumming. Its lovely to watch. Adam is jaw droppingly good. anyone that dogs him has no ears. The guy can sing and sing well. He is also very respectful towards the legacy of Queen and Freddie Mercury. I think Freddie would love him. He sang beautifully at Perth. I hope the guys keep performing together for a bit longer. they are superlatively good together.
I love this so much!

It makes me really happy to see Adam out and about in Sydney. He seems to be doing classic Oxford Street/darlinghurst clubbing with the boys. It is a beautiful and sunny 20 degrees celcius today. Our laid-back culture is often commented on by most of the stars that come out here from the US. They like it because people generally leave them alone to get on with their lives, or are pretty polite (apart from stalker woman), so Adam should be getting a really good chance to be 'normal' and have a good time. The paparazzi are also pretty OK here as well - they don't tend to hound high-profile people unless there is a really high-profile story. And Adam is definitely famous enough now to be on their radar.
There have been a few exceptions - Leonardo di Caprio was here for a few months filming and the press was merciless. He decided to 'date' what seemed like every model under 25 and the press gave him a pretty hard time for it. Photo after photo with uncomplimentary narratives.
Richard Wilkins, who interviewed Brian, Roger and Adam for the Today show is one of our best entertainment journalists. He usually takes a positive angle and looks for the things to celebrate about the artists he is talking to.

Someone remind me, what was the song in Perth where Adam drops from a full stand to a backbend on the floor right at the end and is there a good close-up of it?
Eta: I found it, Somebody to Love. Off to check vids.
