To quote the poet known as Jon Bon Jovi - "I'm not old just older" and I reserve my right to party (or not), sparkle (or not), have long gray hair (or not) ... you get the idea. But I don't do "dressing up a certain way" to show my support for an artist. I don't wear emblazoned tshirts. I do go to shows, buy music, be part of online fandom. That's my choice others have other choices and that's ok cause - well their choice. (Though I do look on sometimes with a WTF, but anyone who read my Melbourne recap will recall there are plenty of things that earn that distinction)

bridgeymah, this just tickled the heck out of me: Don't you just love it when that shorthand develops and only a look or a word shared opens the same thought bubble over both your heads? I knew exactly what you meant, possibly because I am very familiar with that end of the pool. Honestly, he makes it hard not to spend time there, don't you think?  and apropos of absolutely nothing, here is probably my very favorite Adam outfit. Hits every button, imo, classy, retro, hot, well, you know. And the song ain't bad either. And we get to see him say "holla for a dolla."

I do too kinda agree re certain ages at concerts. Everyone has the right to be an Adam Lambert fan and go to concerts regardless of demographic. But I think the point some are making are the specefic forms of visibility. Like concert photos and a certain age is in the front row, it is not a good look lol not offense intended. It gives off the impression Adams fanbase is obsulete. I understand older people are more financially better off so they can afford to go to concerts, but the point should not be personally offended, but just consider all perspectives. Adam has all range of fans, 0-100. But the focus going into Era 3 should be to target 35 and under, younger fans. He has a lot of them. Much Music in 2012 several teenage girls screaming was evident haha just needs to expand his fanbase more.
