Glamberts won't change modern media but Shosh also doesn't change Glamberts. Fact!  I'm not a huge Shosh fan all the time, personal, not professional, but if I were her I'd be tearing my hair out about some of the psycho fans. I'm one of the first to get aggravated about mistakes, I often read a book or Sunday paper with a red pen in my hand, but come on, both Adam and Shosh asked us to back off. Why is that so hard? But you're right, you can seldom change people, especially the self righteous ones. If only they realized how bad they make the whole fandom, and by association, Adam, look! JMO Unfortunately it is not so different than any of the other fandoms. Each artist has their cray ones. I think the press, and quasi-journalists understand it. I don't think they would back off from Adam coverage because he is a hoopla magnet, and despite the cray, there are so many other "normal, not over-the-top" fans. |

This is just my opinion but I think it's lousy that Adam is getting more press as a fill in on Idol than the entire Queen tour with legends. I thought the press coverage (not reviews) was terrible in the US and UK for the Queen tour. I think it's annoying and petty to call out little mistakes but I think Shosh can be rude. Artistsupporter has done So So much financially to support artists including Adam, his friend Scarlet. She didn't need Shosh to be rude. If Shosh is doing such a great job promoting Adam, I sure don't see it, he media coverage is terrible compared to other artists. Shosh can explain her point to Adam fans without being rude or berating them.

I know that I don't know Adam, but I have certainly formed an opinion of the kind of person he is after 5 years of slavish devotion. One of the many things that keeps me following him, and admiring him, is his skill with people. I think there is probably a certain component of that that is crafted (being charming when you are tired is not easy, for example), but imo, he is a genuinely nice, fun loving person. And smart and articulate. Pretty irresistible, in my mind.
So it makes me happy that when he goes into a new endeavor, especially now that he is working with stars, that I feel totally and utterly that he will charm the pants off of them.
I think that Harry and Jennifer will fall in love with this boy. And all those positive show biz relationships he has been forming are part of creating a long lasting career, imo.
Which is what I wish for Adam. Plus, I mean, it can't hurt that he looks the way he does. Quite the entire package, this boy.
I feel kind of like a proud mama, knowing that her child is more than capable of handling and owning any situation, more than capable of being a respectful, polite, engaging person who makes me proud, and humbles me. Makes me even a bigger fan, because I can be a fan of the man, as well as a fan of the talent.

In the actual episodes of auditions, they show a lot of the judges. Arriving in the limos, walking in, taking breaks, joking with each other & Ryan. This episode will be 2 hours of heaven for us!
