How money seems to be the end all for some & How the press sometimes doesn't support folks who are doing wonderful music.So well stated,I really think I could hear Adam saying similiar things about some of the music world. It makes so much sense that he so enjoys being with the Great Queen. I so agree with this! And I bet the Great Queen have shared so much of their music struggles with him. Puts a lot into perspective for him, IMO. |

Adam Lambert 'Connects' With Queen Fans, Brian May Says ~ On Top Mag
Queen band members Brian May and Roger Taylor - Official on Friday announced that Queen will be heading out on a European tour with Adam Lambert. American Idol alum Lambert fronted the band in a just finished tour of North America, Asia, Australia and New Zealand. “We've just had one of the best tours we've ever done,” drummer Roger Taylor said during an appearance on BBC Radio 2's The Chris Evans Breakfast Show. “And we're just back. And we had such an incredible time, and we go this amazing singer, and it's a good show. We thought we'd carry on and do Europe and UK.” “We have Mr. Adam Lambert, who is incredible,” guitarist Brian May said. “He … ticks [all] the boxes. But more than that, he's not trying to be Freddie [Mercury]. … An extraordinary singer with extraordinary range.” May continued: “He connects with the people. I have no idea about the reliability of the Jakarta Q+AL concert report (on page 1) but that says that Queen was available for October 10, 2015 to play Jakarta -- which might mean even though Brian and Roger said the tour announcement was soon, the tour may not be. I had assumed that it would be in about 5-6 months after the announcement -- and timed to be between Adam's lead single(s) and album releases. But maybe it will be Summer 2015 after Adam has released and promoted his album? Putting them in Jakarta in October. Just a thought.

I wonder if Adam will do Thanksgiving weekend and New Year's Eve concerts this year? And if so, where will they be? I also wonder if there will be a Diva's TV special this year as I was under the impression it was every 2 years. And if so, will Adam host it again? |

UK & EU in early 2015, followed by Adam's album promotion & release, and then more QAL to the rest of the world next fall. Either way, I am just glad that the UK/EU tour will be in 2015 when I have more vacation time available! |

Oh! WOW! Look at that pic of Freddie!! And those are some great 'light fixtures'! Really like the unusual one over the kitchen table! And the entrance hall chandelier is gorgeous. I've seen ones like that up close and they are full of crystal hanging prisms and they are beautiful! I wonder what Adam will decide to put in his home. Probably something unusual and amazing! IndigoChild  This one must have been a purchase, looks like a leather studded jacket in the bottom right corner . Great catch! I was busy analyzing the thumb  ...decided it was Adam's - the curvature fits...  #cray 8-) |
