“Adam is no Freddie but…..”

I read a post online yesterday. And read that line for what seemed like the 1,000,000th time. You know those articles and posts and comments like these:

Rolling Stone, June 20,2014, “Adam Lambert is no Freddie Mercury, but the man sure can sing.”

WebProNews, July 12, 2014, “Adam Lambert No Freddie Mercury, But Next Best Thing”

Chicago Reader, June 20, 2014, “Adam is not Freddie but Queen has found with Adam their old flavor and fervor that hasn't been seen since Freddie's death.”

All I can say is, “OK, can we move on?" I don’t want to forget Freddie (and I am enjoying have some new-old original Queen music to listen to), but enough. Write something new. Please. There is far more to Q+AL than these “not Freddie but…” so why not write about that?.

And what do we have to look forward to? This!! Yipes!!

More rules will be added if the need arises but, if everyone follows these rules, we will not need a lot of rules.
