Oh Betty - eine Erdbeer-Spaghetti-Torte!!!!!! Njamm.... Yeah, I never saw this before as a cake, only as the usual "Spaghetti-Eis" at the ice-cream-parlor!

Who was the author? I'm thinking NoAngel? Just sick about the gems we lost from Planet Fierce - AND - I still don't understand why we can't retrieve them. Isn't everything on the internet kicking around somewhere? Has anyone ever tried to contact the PF owner/host whatever the term is. Lovely lady, I don't understand it. I guess I never will. Treasure-trove of early Adam fandom. :( edit/ Ah...I see I was mistaken. edited AGAIN! NoAngel wrote THIS wonderful essay: glamazingrace.blogspot.com/2010/07/adams-scarlet-letter-sin-transformed.html(thankfully some of the best bits have been captured on other blogs) Actually, Rowe wrote the first draft, but I wrote what was posted. I posted it under her byline because it was her idea and she really had the passion about it. Probably about 80% my writing. I still have a copy of it somewhere. *** The only person who can "unlock" the old PF material is Rowe/Pat -- she was the forum admin. And that is assuming that it is still there. It has been dormant for such a long time, I am not sure it still exists. I am resigned to never seeing any of it ever again. On the good side, I have a few of the better piece I wrote and all the Daily News photos and banners. One interesting aside, the forum is about 3 times as big as PF and it is backed up. So it will survive. ETA: I wrote only one piece on PF that I am really proud of -- about Adam and the concept of the Black Swan. At the time (2009) it was mocked by some Adam non-fans. But I looked at it the other day and it has mostly come true. The one I do not have is the April 1, 2010 piece that many people (and People Magazine and Billboard) thought was real -- opps! I would love to have a copy of that one! If anyone has it, please let me know! I could kick myself for not saving your April Fools Day piece. However, I did save part of a MTV News piece that contains much of your "news" and Adam's tweet.

I was looking for a youtube of Gaga's visit to the Queen+Adam stage, in preparation for my Gaga show tonight. (YAY! #ArtraveAmsterdam, here I come!) And then I found this: From: www.nme.com/news/lady-gaga/79427"Gaga and Queen have a history of collaborating in the past. She co-wrote the track 'Fever', which appeared on Lambert's debut album 'For Your Entertainment', while May played guitar on her single ' Yoü and I', which sampled Queen's 'We Will Rock You'. " So now Adam is perceived as part of Queen from the FYE era on? Weird. Or am I reading things that aren't there?

There were so many lovely moments in this video, but here is one of my favorites. I just love every little thing about it, but especially at ~3:45 when Adam nails it, then looks at Brian, who has been watching him intently, and says, "yeh!!" and Brian smiles and nods. Nice moment.
Also his joy throughout, who could resist smiling with him? And at ~2:39 with that transition note, when he is so full of the moment and the song that he just has to bounce a bit.
An amazing feeling indeed, Joy Boy. Thanks for sharing.

It really seems like Adam is perceived as part of Queen - and they clearly don't set it apart from when it started. But I really like this! You can put it how you want, Adam IS part of Queen! And yay to your #artrave, I would like to know how you find it! I follow Lady Gaga on facebook and I really like her... but some of her music not so much

And just in case somebody might not have seen this (blast from the past), Broadway performers talk about Adam: link

And just in case somebody might not have seen this (blast from the past), Broadway performers talk about Adam: linkOoo, that's great. Didn't see this yet. My favorite quotes: ALISAN PORTER "Every time I see him I expect him to be brilliant and then he’s a million times better than in my head." LAUREN KENNEDY What did you think the first time you heard him sing? "Holy #@%" MEGAN HILTY Favorite performance of his? "It was always during karaoke. There’s a DVD of it somewhere. Oh, God. It was some rock song I’ll never remember the name of, but the whole bar—people we didn’t even know—just stopped. No one could believe what they were hearing. His voice is in a different stratosphere." (What!? DVD??? WHERE?)KEVIN EARLEY "..... and there would be times where I was like, “Whoa! Did he seriously just sing that?” Personal Song Request: “Defying Gravity.” I think he’d be baddass at that! And he could raise it up a third. So I’d say “Defying Gravity,” up a third. And that makes a nice excuse to post something that I have seen a while ago: These guys are from Pentatonix and have a silly weekly web show which is sometimes hilarious. One of my wishes (well after A3 and QAL in Europe!) would be that Adam would do (and post) things like this sometimes.

And talking about Pentatonix: they were at the QAL show at Summersonic (I think we already saw their raving tweets?). In this youtube these two mention again that they loved it:
