thanks for the Fox video, loved it. Q3, I am happy it is quiet in Adamland too. It means he is working and that's a good thing. And it means that I can be working on projects that were originally going to happen over the summer but a little tour distracted me. So I am off now to grab my paint brushes and rollers and get working

The talk of 'our boy / man' has made me very proud, but a little voice in my head always followed up with 'they do know that they have to give him back some day, don't they?'. But of course Adam is his own man, even with the lure of Queen, so I am not worried at all. He'll find a way to balance it in a way that is good for him. I really noticed a shift between the 2nd Toronto show, and the Korean one. Which is funny, since that was actually the next show (even though there was a break in between). It seemed to me that Adam was leading them a lot more, really taking on the front man role. And I've wondered whether that could be because Korea sort of is his turf and it was a first for Queen. How much does it really affect him to know that he has to win a good portion of the audience over every time again? It is a huge task, and he's doing / did it brilliantly. Yes, you are right about his on-stage presence -- it changed when they hit Asia. I am very interest to compare Q+AL 2015 London to Q+AL 2012 Hammersmith -- should be really interesting to see the evolution. ** I am happy there is no news because when that happens, Adam is working -- hopefully finishing his new album. I agree - no news means Adam is working to bring us A3

It really seems like Adam is perceived as part of Queen - and they clearly don't set it apart from when it started. But I really like this! You can put it how you want, Adam IS part of Queen! And yay to your #artrave, I would like to know how you find it! I follow Lady Gaga on facebook and I really like her... but some of her music not so much From the beginning of the 2014 Tour -- B&R has been referring to Adam as "our" Adam/man/boy/guy, we have a new frontman, etc. And yet, the maintained the separate credit and separate image for Adam. I has been a really nice balance for Queen fans, Adam fans and for both the Queen and Adam Lambert brands. But it seems to me that Adam has become more bold in talking about his interpretation of the music and his tour etc.
It may be my imagination but since the return from Asia-Pacific he seems more comfortable having a level of ownership about this tour and this version of Queen. And anyone who has seen this show knows that this is only happening because of the collaboration between Adam, Bri and Roger. Take away either B or R and it is really not Queen. But take away Adam and there is really no show. (...and I really don't there is anyone who could have stepped into that frontperson position so effectively.) Am I imagining this shift? Watch the Fox News video that Babafan posted on page 2 and then look at the MSG pretour press conference. If you imagined it, I did too. I thought the same thing.

Adam mention. Gelly @14gelly 21m "Of course he's no Freddie, but who could be? They collectively put on a hell of a show, well worth a visit." www.ontheroxmagazine.com/#!queen-live-at-the-rainbow-review/c23v6 …
On The Rocks just a little bit of Rock and Roll. . .
Queen: Live at the Rainbow '74- Review. Being avid Queen fans ourselves, we were shocked and in a state to see a new album to hit the stores. Admittedly we were expecting a review to pour out of our fingers to your screens. But to tell you the truth, we were all far to busy enjoying the album to write anything. The downside is an week-late review. However, we can assure you all, that due to this lateness we have all delved deep into the raw live recording that is Queen- Live at the Rainbow 74. Call us experts of the damn thing. Shall we begin? The album takes place in 1974, a few albums into Queen's career. Still starting off, not quite a household name, but still selling out the live shows with their avid fan base. This current tour of theirs was to promote their upcoming album 'Sheer Heart Attack'. One of their best... A riveting rock albums, flowing will heavy numbers, unforgettable guitar riffs, vocals and drumming and hair-raising ballads similar to that in the future that filled the film 'Highlander', which they provided the soundtrack for; (White Queen- Who Wants To Live Forever- Very similar if you listen with an experienced ear.) The audience are heard at points, and are clearly taking in the rock and roll fuel that Freddie and the gang are providing by the bucket. Another thing to note is the incredible quality the album presents. It could have been recorded yesterday... The show consists of old hits on their previous 2 albums, as well as future hits and a few covers thrown in at places. Brian May and Rodger Taylor fans will not be disappointed as the album features their own spotlights with a guitar and drum solo. Good to know these two and soon to be touring in the UK with the current front man, Adam Lambert. Of course he's no Freddie, but who could be? They collectively put on a hell of a show, well worth a visit. The album flows exquisitely, moving with ease between the genres the boys explore, all riddled with the classic Queen sound. Their shortened version of Killer Queen is definetly worth a listen... Dare we say, better than the original. Overall the album is flawless, Queen have this innate ability to never fail us. Freddie Mercury could release an album entirely consisting of himself singing the phone book, and we would be the first to sign up for the pre-sale. Beautiful album, certainly worth a buy. Regardless if you're a Queen fan or not. If you call yourself a fan of music, you'll love this album. As it really is the epitome. Well done boys, 40 years ago you guys put on one HELL of a show. Lol. I was looking for a 'whatever' gif as an answer to the FLD in this On the Rocks text. Guess who came up as the sixth suggestion:
