Won't the winner(s?) of the meme contest be meeting him soon for the final rehearsal one-on-one meet-and-greet? Do you think they'll be sworn to secrecy? Last year they had an early dinner with Adam. It was late afternoon. It was in a club across the street from the concert venue. Don't think anyone knew they were there, at the time! The Highline is in the former meatpacking district in NYC, but I seem to remember a classy hotel right around the corner and up the block from the club. Seems like a place to meet up and dine. Close by. And it was late and freezing after RMT, so I may have missed other spots they could congregate. My mind was on 'get a taxi before your sweaty body freezes into an ice cube mode'..wicked cold that night. |

That would make more sense to me. Why would Brian fly all the way to LA to 'attend' the Classics Awards show IF they hadn't won a prestigious award or two and I could so see them performing as well. I figure winning perhaps 'most exciting band' and 'lifetime achievement' would have all three of them at this gig. Odd Roger wasn't mentioned. Just my guess. |
