Adam Lambert shows his style on the red carpet at the 2014 Classic Rock And Roll Honour Award Ceremony held at Avalon on Tuesday (November 4) in Hollywood.
Also attending the big event were the Osbourne family: Kelly, Ozzy, and Sharon!
At the award show, Adam and Queen won the Band of the Year award! “We won!! So excited to win band of the year w @queenwillrock at the #ClassicRockAwards!!” Adam tweeted. Adam has been singing with Queen and went on tour with the band this past summer.
Congrats to all of the winners of the evening!

He brought his amazing voice, but what a great performer, and his theatricality, etc., it just fit into our music really, fitted like a glove. It was great fun...I mean, every night, every place we went the reception was tremendous and we were just delightfully surprised, I have to say, it was great."

Britain's Classic Rock Awards, put on by the people at Classic Rock magazine, came to the U.S. last night with the 2014 ceremony being held in Los Angeles.
This year, the word classic was taken very seriously with veteran artists taking every award except (naturally) for the Best New Band and a relatively new singer in support of a classic band.
Winners included Ozzy Osbourne, Dave Mustaine, the Doors, Led Zeppelin, Gregg Allman, Joe Perry, Eric Burdon and the relatively new pairings of Wilko Johnson & Roger Daltrey and Queen + Adam Lambert.

Yes! Queen & Adam Lambert named Band of the Year at Classic Rock Awards
We knew it, you knew it and now it seems the world knows it too. Queen and Adam Lambert are an epic, epic rock band!
The supergroup was formed recently, when the American Idol star was asked to step in and join legendary British rockers Brian May and Roger Taylor for their tour of North American earlier this year. Of course the three men had performed together previously on a number of occasions, but the tour was so popular that the band recent announced new European shows for 2015.
In recognition of this success and of the storm Queen’s new lineup has created in the music industry, the band were named Band of the Year prize at this year’s Classic Rock Awards.
The event was staged on Tuesday (November 4) in Hollywood and it’s official Twitter team made the big announcement last night, posting:
“Band Of The Year w/ @umg goes to @queenwillrock & @adamlambert #classicrockawards.”
Adam was pretty psyched about the news and told his millions of followers:
“We won!! So excited to win band of the year w @queenwillrock at the #ClassicRockAwards!!”

Classic Rock Roll Of Honour winners consider studio work with live collaborator Adam
Queen could take their association with Adam Lambert further and record music with him, says drummer Roger Taylor.
Lambert, Taylor and May picked up the Band Of The Year Award at last night’s Classic Rock Roll Of Honour gala event in Los Angeles.
The singer came second in US TV gameshow American Idol in 2009, and tied up with the remaining members of Queen two years later. They'll play seven shows in the UK in January.
Taylor tells Ultimate Classic Rock: “I see no end to the possibility and the potential of Adam Lambert. He’s a fabulous performer. I think it would be very interesting to do something with him.”
But he adds: “Not an album, probably. He’s got his own stuff to do and that’s very much a priority for him. His voice is so extraordinary and I think we could really do something great with it.”
Meanwhile, Taylor and May are gearing up to release Queen Forever, which will include the last tracks recorded by late frontman Freddie Mercury – including Let Me In Your Heart Again, below. Taylor says of the song: “It comes out great. You can hear the old rhythm section in full swing, and it sounds good to me.”
The band’s classic track Bohemian Rhapsody was last month voted the best piece of music for helping people feel better when they’re ill.
