That is a very good question. I really think that in the music buying market, promoting an album as a whole is not going to be nearly as important as having an undeniable single or two on the album. There needs to be something on that disk that catches everybody's attention. Daunting task. Q3 outlined what promotion for Adam at this stage of his career would look like a week or so ago. It would NOT be touring radio stations. Debuting on a big show (AMA anyone?), big TV appearance, interviews with top stations that can be done from anywhere, forgot what else she said. It was could look like -- not would look like. But beyond that pretty much what I posted. Add radio promotions done by his secret label, some brand or product promotion, and something to drive online streaming media and what else do you need? And in Adam's case, some pandering to gay audiences.  Just having a bit of fun!! |

interesting... Maybe this article got Adam to thinking... the comment section is so interesting.. one comment said if it was a gay man the gay guys wouldn't find him sexy.. they are impressed because he's not gay. |
