New tour dates? So not surprised and so happy for all of them! I just have to say again that all the QAL love is amazing and so freaking incredible, and I'm feeling even stronger about the whole thing than I was before. I think last week brought me over the edge. I am very interested in Adam's new solo work, but I also love the ride that we're getting now. Super excited to see X Factor at the end of the month. Even though it has only been a few short months since they performed together, I can't wait to see what they do. I might be in a different place than some people but my QAL love is beyond overwhelming me these days!

Nice additions to the fantasy Q3. I have always loved I Go Crazy even if the rest of the band other than Brian didn't...reportedly the reason it was relegated to b-side. I can't see why....I thought it was an awesomely rocking track that would have been very fun live!

On that November night in 2011 at the EMA's, I turned to my husband when that tall dark figure began singing TSMGO and said "Remember this day. This is going to change everything." I love Adam's solo work but I never wavered from my conviction that the Queen collaboration was going to give him the credibility that would allow him to soar in all his undertakings. He deserved it on his own but for whatever reason, he needed the catalyst. And it is more than a catalyst for his own solo success. It is a monumental achievement in its own right - reinvigorating and reinventing Queen. Bringing such joy to the band, to himself and to all of us. Miraculous. Mythical. I can't get over the forces of collective karma that brought this about. Reading all the press these days - the pyro-voiced Adam Lambert joins Queen ....etc. etc. coming out of British sites with no FLD makes me beyond thrilled. I love Adam in all his iterations.

I think it was meant to be. I believe in signs and that things happen for a reason. This falls in line with that logic, IMO.

I love your posts, lelemaple and theosgma! Nothing like having it repeated in the press worldwide that Adam's is the one voice of this generation to reawaken a beloved, iconic band to negate any stigma imposed by his American Idol affiliation and cement his credibility. It's so exciting!
