As Central Hall Westminster is a functioning church there is a limit on the sales of alcohol.
Each guest is allowed 2 alcoholic drinks and a voucher system will be in operation. Your ticket price will include 2 x drinks vouchers.
Each voucher can be exchanged for a glass of wine (175ml), a bottle of beer or 2 x soft drinks. Additional soft drinks and a selection of snacks and sandwiches can be purchased with cash on the night although the availability of either of these cannot be guaranteed due to the number of people attending the concert.

- Public cafe open from 08:00 - 21:00 serving hot food, drinks and snacks. NO ENTRY to the venue between 21:00 - 22:00 all guests must leave the building.
- Doors for the show open at 22:00. Please note there will be two queues - stalls and balcony, please ensure you are in the correct queue.
- Guests may not consume their own food and drink on the premises.
- Bag searches will take place on arrival and guests attempting to bring in food/drink or other illegal or offensive items could be refused entry.
- Travel Information: On Wednesday 31 December roads in central London will start to close to traffic from midday to facilitate the New Year celebrations, with all closures in place between 19:30 and 05:00.
Public transport will be the best way to get around London although some buses will be on diversion or finish early due to the road closures.
Revellers who want to see in the New Year in central London are advised to expect large crowds and transport service changes.
There will be free travel between 23:45 on New Year's Eve and 04:30 on New Year's Day on the bus, Tube, tram, DLR and London Overground services.
We recommend using St James Park on the Circle & District Lines to access the venue. However please note that whilst that station will still be open after the concert, it can be difficult to get on a train heading West to wards Victoria because of the huge crowds accessing the stations further up the line such as Embankment. The advise would be to simply walk down to Victoria station which is just half a mile away, a 15 min walk.
Please note that when you leave the building, stewards will direct you towards St James Park behind the venue because the area directly in front of the venue will be heavily congested with the crowds leaving the riverbank and Parliament Square after the firework display. Please adhere to the advice from the stewards as this is for your own safety and will help you get home quicker.
