That could very well be. He's pretty stubborn in a lot of ways. He did get me hooked on Queen though when I was a kid so I am grateful for that. Maybe as a thank you for introducing you to Queen, you could give him their new Forever cd and try not to mention Adam's name.  I know I would then be so tempted to send him Brian's interview saying the current shows are as good as they've ever done, but that would be pretty counterproductive, wouldn't it?  I already sent him the Live at the Rainbow DVD plus the 40 Years of Queen book, plus he's getting the Red Special book for Christmas. I know he keeps up with a lot of Brian interviews but not sure how up to date he is. I won't push it, lol. |

Adam, SAuli and Eber. Guess this was during QAL Hammersmith July 2012. Darn, I was in town....wish I had gone there for dinner. LOL. It would make a lovely Atop dinner spot/photo op  |

Adam looks like he is having fun in London. Seems like he is there for the week. I wonder if we will see him at The BBC Music Awards, Earls Court, London Thu 11 Dec 2014? That is a week away.

Yes, I bet he stays thru the week. He could actually say till NYE if he has no pressing biz in LA....lol. But guess he'll fly back and forth twice before Jan 13th QAL first show. I suppose they will rehearse some at some point. Wonder if we'll see basically the same QAL show NYE, or if we might get a peek at a new song or two. And the outfits...wonder if the same ones or new ones. It's such a thrill to wonder about these things. LOL |

The RIAA is changing the rules for Platinum Album Certifications. The new rules are not published yet and it will not be completely retroactive BUT there will be a new formula similar to what Billboard is doing to reflect the changing ways people pay for music (streaming/subscriptions vs. ownership).
They already changed the single certification rules to include streaming media -- 100 on-demand audio and/or video streams will count as 1 Unit for certification purposes.
This is just one more reason that I expect Adam's team to be very focused online/digital for A3 -- Adam has done OK on streaming media but is not a powerhouse on streaming media (WWFM has 20 million streams on Spotify, Trespassing has 5 million. For comparison "All About That Bass" has 146 million.)
