I'm getting ready to leave for Atlanta, GA...about a 3 1/2 hour trip...for my granddaughter's soccer tournament. I remember just a few short months ago praying for a Queen and Adam performance in Atlanta (has it been 6 months already?). It would've been so much closer and they may have played more than one night...sigh...oh well. We had to drive to CT...just a wee bit further. When I say had to, I mean HAD to...no way I was going to miss that once in a lifetime collab and that was the only one that fit my work schedule. Been lurking for a while but just want to say I so much agree with everyone who loves Adam just for being Adam! I don't know why he affects so many of us like he does. Although I do love His music, I also love hearing him sing anything. Maybe it's because we sort of feel like we really got to know him through so many of his interviews. Maybe that is a big part of it. He has shared so much of himself with us. I hope he never stops! I really do feel proud of him for every new thing he attempts just because he is fearless and is willing to give everything a shot. Just plain love that boy!  |
