Thanks for the video Cassie. I just sang my first Christmas carols of the season. Lovely, full rich voices from those men. Beautiful. My voice - not so great. But thank you for the video.

So, yesterday, TouchCast, the place that has been tweeting all the links to the Imagine solos, had one up for Will i am. It was Will doing the full version of the song. Then they tweeted a pic of Adam with the text "Amazing! Watch Adam Lambert sing Imagine for UNICEF!" But when you clicked on Adam's link, it was the wrong video. Not him at all but rather an ad. So I tweeted them twice to please check their link because it was not Adam. They immediately took both Will's and Adam's down. ??? It was late last night, so i am hoping, hoping, hoping they are in the process of fixing the links & putting Adam's solo up sometimes soonish! PLEASE! Yes, Please!!! You keep your ninja eye out for this. Thanks for tweeting them! |

Well, after joking yesterday about wonder how many Glamberts will be going to England twice from the US in January....I see 2 on my little Twitter feed openly admitting they are going. And these weren't the 2 I had in mind. LOL.

Fans will agree that Adam Lambert has been doing a stellar job of keeping the Queen legacy alive, and has more than likely even brought a number of new fans to the band.
The vocal powerhouse has been performing with Queen as their frontman for a few years now, and everyone seems to be full of praise for the singer, including guitarist Brian May and drummer Roger Taylor.
Taylor has spoken extensively about Adam and his stage presence over the past few months, and as regular readers will know, this isn’t the first time we’ve reported on Brian May being full of praise for Adam, and we’re sure it won’t be the last.
Speaking during an interview with Neu magazine the guitarist explained that Adam Lambert as their frontman, in comparison to the late Freddie Mercury, is amazing.
His reasoning behind this? Well, he said that Lambert has the same levels of energy and talent to equal that of their original frontman.
“The energy which we generate in an arena is I would say as strong as ever — and I think Freddie would agree with me,” May explained.
He added: “I don’t think he would be upset with me saying that. I think the Queen show today that we do with Adam Lambert is the equal of anything we ever did.”

At the beginning of the month, it was confirmed that Queen, along with Adam will be performing a special New Year’s Eve London show for BBC One.
The show, which is called ‘Queen + Adam Lambert Rock Big Ben Live’ will take place at the Westminster Central Hall in London on New Year’s Eve.
2000 tickets were made available on the 2nd of December and Roger Taylor said: “I never imagined we would be around to usher in the year of 2015, what a thrill! We promise you a great night.”
Meanwhile Adam said: “Words can’t describe how excited I am, we are going to kick off 2015 in style!”
