So, it looks like we won't be "seeing" ...if we get a visual stream....but half or approx. 1 hour of the concert. We may...but we don't know.... get to "hear" the whole 2 hours.
I know Mark is into recorded sound, but don't know about him taking any vids. Fingers crossed somebody in attendance will record the whole thing. Guess we might get a Mixlr type phone audio. I haven't heard of any of our favorite videographers going, but fingers crossed we'll get some goodies. I will be spending late afternoon/early evening camped out in front of my computer for whatever might come our way.

Yes, looks like 1 hour will be broadcast to me but I do not think this will be a 2 hour concert. Pretty sure it will have a dramatic (confetti fall?) end at 12:30PM for the TV program so not possible to be longer than 2 hours -- and I don't think they will be performing during the fireworks. Wednesday, 31 Dec 2014 Doors Open: 9:00PM Starts: 10:30PM NO ADMITTANCE OR RE-ADMITTANCE AFTER 23:30, YOU WILL NOT BE ALLOWED OUT OF THE VENUE TO VIEW THE FIREWORKS AND BE ABLE TO RE-ENTER If the doors close at 10:30PM they are not starting the performance at 10:30PM. So the big question is will they perform before the program starts and cut into the concert when the TV show starts? That would be odd. I think that this will be more like their SummerSonic setlist and shorter show. ETA: Most of the tickets are gone now, so hopefully once the tickets are sold, we will get more info. |

Thanks Q3. I think you're right about a shorter set list a la Summer Sonic. You'd think they would open the TV show with the beginning of the show...makes the most sense. The whole point of this show is for the TV audience I would think.

I read this somewhere, can't remember but for some reason it stuck with me. "Adam is like a wild stallion, doing dressage elegantly" LOL..the wild stallion I get, but dressage? Adam is a top.  Now this works for me..wild and untamed.. ![]()  He's got freckles too..  |

Thanks Q3. I think you're right about a shorter set list a la Summer Sonic. You'd think they would open the TV show with the beginning of the show...makes the most sense. The whole point of this show is for the TV audience I would think. Yes, it makes more sense now that I have watched last year's show --- well parts of last year's show. It is a TV program with a TV audience -- and they will make sure all are in their seats when the show starts. Also, based on last year's BBC stream, we will almost certainly have pro video of the whole concert on YouTube. Queen and Adam have never block this in the past. And the BBC has left up past concerts. |

He performs soft and gentle, rough and sassy but still a stallion. A stallion may decide he will do dressage, rodeo, or racing but underneath he is still a stallion. Jeez, I sound 16  oh and "Adam is a top." defines a stallion, snicker snicker |

Not at all..it's an art form. But Adam and dressage got me all giggly. Adam doesn't seem the type to be jumping over fences with someone on his back, but wild parties in LA might just prove me wrong sometime..  |
