I read a post that said the shoes Adam wore NYE hurt his feet. If true, you'd never know it from the way he moves. He mentioned that they hurt his feet after he wore them in Vegas -- IHeart. I don't know if you can actually break Louie Vuitton's in as they are known to be uncomfortable But, with everything else, Adam manages to overcome.

Having read SophieB and BristolGill’s eloquent comments about the NYE concert, here’s my brief, and probably less than eloquent, recap.
I would agree with everything they said. I was sat in the front of the left hand balcony, and the minute Adam started singing, virtually everybody was on their feet and remained so throughout the concert. He was so alive, so confident, so in control, which, to me, was all the more impressive given that he had to be constantly aware of timing and other TV cues. The atmosphere was awesome, and it was also great to see the audience so involved, with less people than normal videoing or taking photos. I was sat next to an Adam fan from Hungary, some Queen fans and a couple who liked both Adam and Queen.
It was a truly wonderful concert, which I felt honoured to be at. Sophie, it was also great seeing you again, albeit only briefly!

Just wanted to stop in and say Happy New Years to everyone here I finally am coming back down after my extreme work schedule followed by a small vacation that I really didn't get a chance to do more than hit and run posting and skimming... I want to thank you peeps again for welcoming me so warmly and making me feel at home. I'm really happy for all of you and glad that Adam is gaining more acceptance slowly but surely and I hope just as much for you as I do for him that his new album is a success and you guys have years and years of Adam tours and albums to look forward to. And unlike some Queen fans, I am very grateful that he got the boys going one more time so I could get a few last concerts in...and I do hope now more than ever that a QAL album does happen...eventually

So I would have been close to you!)

What a lovely man Adam Lambert has become. His talent is undeniable but it is his personal qualities that make me such a huge fan. Adam it seems to me just continues to grow in confidence and he now has such a commanding presence on stage.........the NYE preformance was again a sort of turning point just like at iheart where he really seemed to came into his own. I felt that this show was first and foremost featuring Adam Lambert with Queen as his supporting cast. No direspect intended it just felt that way to me. Yet the amazing thing is that with all the accolades he remains humble, sincere and so respectful.
I feel very lucky to have discovered Adam Lambert and to have followed him since his days on Idol. I can't wait for what will unfold in 2015 for him and for us.

Adam really seemed more front man than ever before on NYE. He just commanded that stage.
And Brian and Roger felt it too. If I see it correctly at the end of the show Adam tried to get Brian and Roger to take a separate bow, just the two of them, as usual. And for the first time, Brian just refused. And after that he started hunting for a working microphone. My guess is that his words would've been: 'ladies and gentlemen: Adam Lambert!!!'
